I would not recommend instant gaming anymore to my friends since every time i buy something i have to wait 7 hours or more for verification even though my id verification has been sent a million times. Until this verification process gets fixed or reworked I cant reccomend your services to friends and family.

Responses are generic and bot like. You may write an entire essay and its always the same response.

Bought alot of games through Instant gaming. Only had 1 problem with my order ever and the seller made it right. I recommend all gamers to use them. I mainly use Paypal to pay so never really a issue there. They sell Steam, Origin, Uplay, Epic. What's not to love.

I cannot recommend this site enough. It usually has the best prices for games all around, even for really recent ones. Code delivery after purchase takes only a few seconds: some people complain that is slightly annoying and should be instant, but I dont see a problem with that. After you start using their service they even ask for a picture with your ID and their visible site, so you get the feeling they take security seriously.

Im not giving them 5 stars only because I would like more options in terms of platforms I want the games to be on: for most Ubisoft games Ive seen the codes were only available on Uplay, not Steam, and thats a bit inconvenient. Nonetheless, Instant Gaming is a great service.

I initially had an issue with my game code, and I thought it would take a day or two to come to a resolution, but it was fixed in a matter of minutes. And I was able to play the game quickly after that without anymore problems

I have lost a number of games because my opponent used the eight ball to sink his last ball. Here is the rule about that: "Combination shots are legal shots, but you can never use the 8-ball as the first contacted ball. In other words, you can use the 8-ball in combination with another object ball to pocket an object ball, as long as you don't strike the 8-ball first"

Not only do they want you to submit a photo of your government ID, but if you use paypal you will notice that you have setup automatic monthly payments to the company. Total scam. Won't send you code if you don't submit ID. Trying to get a refund but no luck so far. Don't use.

Pathetic. Tried to contact them in order to fix an account related problem, the guy doesn't even read, pastes a completelly different answer, i insist if he didnt read what i texted him, he answers "which questions", and some other answers as absurd as this one, to finally paste me another stupid answer but in french this time.

I purchased multiple steam keys and two of them had to request a refund, one of them I already owned and forgotten and the other one it is not available in my region to redeem. I got quick response within 24/7 and received my refunds in week.

They responded to my request to refund my problem I had purchased within 24/7 and received the refund within in a week or two weeks

They charged me for a game, but i didn't receive it because they said my bank didn't approve the payment. They keep insisting that the money wil magically reappear because they haven't charged me, but my bank says the money is gone. The helpdesk is rude and completely unhelpful. They just keep repeating the same thing over and over. Please do not buy from these a-holes. It's not worth it.

I have purchased several games and DLCs from the company, and have never had a problem with the keys. I usually received them in an hour or two after purchase. The company asks to for proof, so they don't get scammed by individuals buying inexpensive keys and reselling them for profit.
I have purchased game at a good and decent price. NMS was full price on Steam and I got it for 50 % off on Instant Gaming, and have never been happier with no problem. I currently have 1400 hours on the game without a snag.
I don't know anyone that was against this company, but they are just trying to ruin a good company's name.
This isn't a scam, it was the best thing I've found and deserve a better reputation than the reviews of pompous asses (sorry about the last comment, just my feeling).

The number of games and the discounts provided are great. You can get some fantastic games on there for great prices and on a number of different gaming consoles. The only thing that is a little lacking is on the Switch, but that is more likely due to Nintendo's setup than Instant-Gaming.

Instant-Gaming asks you to provide proof of identity. I sent this and waited for customer service to respond. They started to tell me that my country code for my payment method was different from my own address. Then suddenly they switched gears and said I was approved. It was a very odd experience and left me feeling unsure if I will continue to purchase from them again.

I bought RDR2 ultimate edition for a great price. The ID verification was simple and done in minutes. I am actually glad to see a company take some premeasured steps to prevent fraud. Overall great experience

It was confusing at first to complete the order with ID confirmation, but they were fast and professional in the process as soon as I sent exactly what they indicated in the pictures. The whole time it took from making the order to confirming ID then activating the game in steam was only less than 8 minutes

I bought a key and they wouldn't give it to me,
Bullying me with some random requests to validate my account.

I was able to give them a real image (twice) and verify my paypal etc.
They got the payment and still wouldn't give me the key.

The search was quick and efficient. The payment was made without a problem. The only shame is that I can't see the price, including tax, when I search for the game. The order was delivered quickly and without a problem.

The customer service was quick to act and very helpful. In the end the after having some frustrating payment issues the customer service made sure to help resolve it and it was all within quick responding too.

The customer service for this website feels like it should be the standard experience from every company. They were quick to help and there wasn't a bunch of beating around the bush or frustrating obstacles I had to go through for support. In the end I ended up with a working key and even honesty from them that their payment system was acting up on their end. It genuinely seems like they care about the customers

I have been using instant gaming for multiple years now. Only 1 time in that entire period have they asked for my id i told them no and asked them to refund the purchase that happend in 4 hours. I have now purchased about 100 games on the platform so im quite suprissed that alot of people say the website is a scam.

I can get great prices on games and I can look up for any game key for different platform (steam, ubisoft connect, epic game store, and etc.) Also a great feature they have if they don't have game keys you want in stock you can check a option to get notification when it came available to buy!

I got refused to pay my games on this website because they do not accept virtual credit card services.

I tried to explain them the obvious reason why I use virtual card service ( to not get my credit card number stolen) but the customer service of istantgaming is so terrible that it's like talking to a wall: copy-pasting the same reply over and over again.

Instant gaming: why do you use multiple credit cards? We can't let you have the key if you don't answer.

When it works the website gives you great discount, but you don't want to have to deal with their customer service.

Terrible customer service would never go buy anything on this website ever

I got a great deal for a few games i was already looking for. I had a problem with the transaction, but after i got in touch with the customer service it was solved, from writing my issue to the solution in a minute.

I made a purchase of a download code for a game for my partner.
Game was a great price, and the website was easy to use.
I did have to go through the prove identity process because it was my first purchase, but it was easy to do and I received my code straight away no problems

The purchasing experience on Instant Gaming was smooth and easy. If that would have been all, I would have given 5 stars. The purchase resulted in a code for a game on Ubisoft. Making use of the code on Ubisoft resulted in getting a software key, which ultimately was accepted by Ubisoft so that my son could start playing the game. From the time we got the code from Instant Gaming until the Ubisoft game could start took around 2 hours.

In response to my question I got a question from Customer Experience

I hate instant gaming for not showing prices including taxes. Im logged in my country is known than please show me the taxes included in the price. Every time im on instant gaming trying to find a nice deal im lile there is one but once i pay taxes show up and the price is higher than on other websites.

It went kinda fast.
