I had a problem with a key that was already used, but after a time they replaced the key with other working, meanwhile i bought there more 8 games and all went fine, i just recommend u to use paypal. I bought them thru the app. Would be unfair to rate with 1 star when fix the problem and never had any kind of problem again, if i got any i will write it down here ;)
I had high hopes for this website. After buying a CD key for Steam, I was told I need to send a photo of my ID for "verification". This was the first time a key shop asked me this and I've bought over 100 cd keys for Steam. Not instant at all. Support is slow and I've read it may take up to 6 hours to get my order, which is extremely frustrating.
As you may know, i've purchased the item with a pre order and didn't received until days after the release due to issues with the publisher
I udnerstand the problem was not made from them, but yet i was expecting some kind of compensation for the incenvenience, some sort of discount or anything, instead of just being put on hold waiting for a solution of the issue.
I have ever experienced any troubles and i like the reliability of the services. Only issue was for Naruto ultimate ninja storm connections

WHY do they require photo ID to create an account with them? NO OTHER site like this does... Where are they based because the address is a high class business centre in Hong Kong and they wont be able to afford them rents!
I would say they are a sweat shop basement probably with several cheap end PC's running the show.
I dealt with them and in the end was disgusted with their customer service! If you look on sites that review them majority of the reviews are done with accounts that have only done ONE or TWO reviews! Meaning they are making these accounts to fake online reviews... The address isnt their real one and there is NOTHING online to tell you who is behind the site? There is NO telephone number... Would you really hand your ID and your credit card details to these... They are NOT governed by UK laws so they can do pretty much anything they want... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Try "Kinguin" its a similar site but they DONT ask for your ID or private details and they actually do have good coms

I purchased Playstation Plus 12 Months subscription.
Come to redeem it on PS4 account and it said it was already redeemed.
Contacted them Sent them photo's of the valid code and the error I got WS-*******-9.
They said I had to contact Sony myself to find out when the code was purchased, not them me? I had to do the work for them.
So I did I contacted Sony and they came back saying that I was redeemed on the 02/01/2021 21:31:17 CET.
I purchased it from Instant-Gaming on 03/01/2021 22:07 a WHOLE day after Sony said the code had been redeemed.
I sent Instant-Gaming every photo they requested and screenshot of my email to Sony and the reply they game me saying when had been redeemed.
So I asked for a replacement code as obviously they had supplied me a used code.
GUESS WHAT THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT!
Quote "Your account has been suspended for making purchases in our store due to fraudulent activity"
"Sorry you must seriously be joking, So I made the purchase from your website and you supplied me a code that had already been used the day before?"
They replied" we are not joking"
UTTER SHAM OF A COMPANY I HAD TO DO ALL THE LEG WORK TO GET THE INFORMATION FOR THEM TAKING MY TIME OUT TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE THEY CAUSED AND THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
DO NOT USE THEM SERIOUSLY YOU WILL REGRET IT.
