I had a problem with a key that was already used, but after a time they replaced the key with other working, meanwhile i bought there more 8 games and all went fine, i just recommend u to use paypal. I bought them thru the app. Would be unfair to rate with 1 star when fix the problem and never had any kind of problem again, if i got any i will write it down here ;)
I had high hopes for this website. After buying a CD key for Steam, I was told I need to send a photo of my ID for "verification". This was the first time a key shop asked me this and I've bought over 100 cd keys for Steam. Not instant at all. Support is slow and I've read it may take up to 6 hours to get my order, which is extremely frustrating.

I have used instant gaming for a few purchases in the past and always had no issues. However after having a charge made on my account for something I did not authorize, I contacted the seller about it. Instant gaming gave me the run around for hours and in the end deactivated my account under the reasons:
Your Account has been deactivated indefinitely for one of the following reason:
- You made a Paypal claim. In this case, if you want to recover your account, you will have to pay back the exact amount you claimed at the PayPal account: (instant gaming email for sales)
- We detected fraudulent Credit Card use / Credit Card Fraud in your account.
I never received a refund from paypal so if my account was deactivated due to the first reason, they are basically blackmailing me into paying more money for a refund I never received just to get my account back.
Now if it was due to the second reason then they admitted that my charge was a fraudulent one and yet refuse ti give me a refund because the person used the code. It is not the account holders fault for a fraudulent charge and they clearly do not care about their customers.
STAY AWAY if you want to keep your money.
It's cool but feels like they are not assuming the coupon code some people can get over shops

As it was my first time purchasing a CD key anywhere else but steam or epic was pretty scary at first (for the same reasons you might have too) but turned to be legit and I got my key and it worked.
No special was as good as it was on IG at the time anywhere else so chose them. Also ai have seen other sites reputations going down.
First they will take your money, then will claim security reasons to suspend any key you bought. Not refunding you your money if you using a temporary card for online shopping. Runnn from them.
I've bought the wrong key for my Win 10now i lost my money!
I've bought the wrong key for my Win 10 Xbox apparently, because i cannot download anything.
I've contacted support: answer: key activated, so no refund.
Explained to them i have absolutely NO files downloaded ( greyed out) and i cannot play the game, still: no refund.
MY ADVICE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, their 'support' is dramatic.
Really don't understand why u must send your id to accept your order where u paid instatly, and customer service didnt accept at all cause u do everything like on instructions
Good prices
I was happy with the price and the basics but the confirmation of self was aliitle much, I understand about scams. But it took me longer than I would like to admit on how to confirm its me.
DO NOT USE! I bought a game from them, then had to send proof of id which they dont tell you untill they take your money then the game doesnt even work... and they refuse to give a refund, i say again DO NOT USE!
They reject PayPal accounts after requesting you send a photo of your ID then suggest you use a prepaid card to purchase the product. Just seems shady PayPal accounts pinged then as fraudulent.

Good games and fast service for good price
It proved just too complex a hurdle to overcome. I'm not giving them my Passport or driving licence details. Their loss, they lost a sale.
I was stuck at ID verification step for a bit. However, after verification, code is received right away. Will buy again very soon!
Prices are great, verification is easy (just photoshop the sensitive info from your document), and linking with my steam account is simple.
Response was fast
