Flowers are a great way to let people know they mean something to you. Order tracking can be a pain sometimes - doesn't always seem to update on time.
Interflora cancelled my order on valentines day, leaving me with no alternatives nor time to arrange another deliver with another provider. They are very unreliable, I will never use them again, nor would I recommend anyone use them.

Very disappointed with what was received compared to what was ordered. The photo of what I ordered was a beautiful Spring bouquet.
Good afternoon, I just received my order and I'm really disappointed. The number of flowers is significantly less than what is shown on your web page. The red roses and purple flowers are missing. Also the flowers don't look fresh. I paid £62 for a bouquet of flowers that I could easily have found in the supermarket. Really disappointing. I will not recommend or use your service again

Friends sent my wife flowers through Interflora after some surgery. Knowing the premium they will have paid, the least they should have expected were good quality flowers. The roses looked like they were dying already and they would just get rid of them in our bundle and hope we wouldn't notice. When I contacted Interflora through twitter they fobbed me off and told me to contact the florist. Happy to take the money but shirk their responsibilities. Avoid these amateurs at all costs. Find a respectable local florist instead.
After 10 years of using them several times a year I will never use them again. I ordered Mother's day flowers and what arrived was not from the stated florist, not at all fresh, and had 25% fewer flowers than before for the same price. When I complained I just got a stock reply and nothing else. They've lost me forever. My advice is to find a good local florist and phone them directly.
Ordered some flowers for my son's girlfriend, who's just had a new baby boy, absolutely shocking, nothing like what I ordered. Ordered flowers on the right got the flowers on the left grand price of £49.00. Sort it out interflora
Don't waste your money - whist I appreciate you can choose colour, to pay £40 for 2 carnations, 2 gerberas, a bunch of daises and the rest foliage is a complete rip off. Really disappointed. The 2 stars are for next day delivery on time - but I won't ever bother again.

Absolutely disgraceful.
Ordered flowers for my wife - the booking was accepted, thereafter I receive a voicemail saying the delivery can't be made and the next available slot was 4 days later. I then receive an email saying the same to which I reply to the customer service email address, as instructed, cancelling the order. I receive a further voicemail with the same information the following day so I call up confirming I wish to cancel the order. The lady assures me its been cancelled - this morning a week after the original booking, and 5 days after the cancellation email, I check my account and the money has been taken.
Such a shoddy, unprofessional service.
If you're thinking of using this company just check their page out and look at the number of 1 star reviews and angry customers across their own site and other independents - can so many people be wrong?
Seconds after ordering, I discovered the recipient would be at a different address in the same area on the day of their birthday. Immediately contacted to request a change of address. They refused. Asked to cancel the order. They waited a working day to reply and said it was now impossible.
Literally seconds after having my money they stopped caring about customer service. The result, redundant 60th birthday gift.

I ordered flowers and a bottle of wine for my elderly relative's 98th birthday. At lunchtime on the day of delivery Interflora said the florist did not have the flowers for the particular bouquet and refunded my money.I was not offered the choice of an alternative bouquet or to substitute the flowers with, for example, chocolates or even deliver the wine without the flowers. I found the Live Chat to be off hand. It was clearly labelled a Birthday delivery - there was nothing for my relative on her birthday and this is upsetting as we are her only family.

Flowers received from Mary's Halifax 2 days ago. Don't know what they cost as they were a Christmas present. There were only seven flowers and the rest was greenery and 2 woody decorations - one gold and the other like a teasel. Got some next day from M and S which were far superior. Didn't send a picture to the sender like I do normally as they looked so mean a gift.
I have had the gold delivery account for years. However when I tried to send flowers on 3 occasions this past year, I was told, "No delivery available to those addresses". So I had to order flowers from another service who had delivery to my chosen addresses, no problem.
I asked it Interflora UK if they would renew my membership free for another year as I couldn't use it, and they said No. Awful customer service. I will not use them again.

Very disappointed - placed an order for a bouquet + vase to send for a birthday - what I have ordered and what was delivered weer two very, very different things. I could have bought those flowers for £10 max. Instead of spending £50. The items are not supposed to look like the photographs - I was told - then what am I paying for? What exactly am I being charged for? I have no issue with different colors, or arrangement - but these were completely different very cheap flowers - Very disappointed - never will order again and I have already spread the word among my friends ( and will do so going forward).
I placed an order for a delivery on Saturday and recommended time slots to make sure the recipient is there. Recipient wasn't there because they attempted delivery when I said recipient wouldn't be there. But could they at least leave the flowers? I wish. Sunday - no delivery. Monday was a bank holiday. They wanted it to be delivered on Tuesday. For a birthday that was on Saturday. In this business, just like any delivery business, reliability is the key.
Oh, almost forgot. To top it all off they didn't have exactly what I ordered in stock and they said they replaced it with something similar.
I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Never again with this company.
I was shocked when I received funeral flowers they were not as shown in the picture and they were cut very short. I could bought a bunch somewhere else that would have looked nice. I shall not recommend interflora to anyone expensive and cheap flowers were used very dissapointed.

As I had to attend funeral the next day I had no choice but to take the flowers embarrassed to mention to my friend how much they cost me.
I placed an overseas order for my mother who lives alone on 8th March to celebrate mother's day back in my country. She did not received the order at all. I contacted Interflora on the live chat, there was no follow up, I emailed them, and the reply came on the 9th March to say that it was ticked as delivered. A huge pack of lies. The flowers NEVER ARRIVED. I paid £68 that company gained and I lost. More it hurts that my mum never had the joy of receiving the flowers.
The company should be honest and upfront that they are not able to guarantee overseas deliveries. It's their responsibility to check who they partner with abroad.
It is a very dishonest and incompetent company. DO NOT USE.

I've ordered flowers for a colleague who had a baby. I got a notification that the person wasn't at home and they left a card, but after speaking with my colleague and Interflora, we discovered that the address was wrong and they couldn't find the right person to deliver to. That was five days after and only when I reached out. If I would have not written, the flowers would have simply never been delivered. Also, I paid 50 pounds for a nice bouquet but only 5 flower were delivered. I'm very unimpressed and for sure I will never use the service again.
We ordered a basket of white and cream funeral flowers costing £60.00. What arrived was half the size and bore only a vague resemblance to what was advertised. We had to reject it at the door. The florist was very apologetic but said Interflora would give a 100% refund. She lied. We're now having to fight for our money back. Really didn't need all this aggravation at such an emotional time. MY ADVISE IS TO AVOID INTERFLORA LIKE THE PLAGUE!
I ordered a bunch of flowers to be sent internationally to the UK and spent $145 for them to be delivered on the recipients birthday. The flowers weren't delivered and when I called Interflora was told they would call me the next day after speaking to someone in the UK. They didn't so I called them again as the flowers had still not been delivered. There was apparently note on the order saying they had delivered the next day but obviously they hadn't. I was offered my money back but was really disappointed as my sister's birthday had already passed. There was no apology from interflora nor any effort to make the situation better other than a refund which is pretty standard. When I said the service was terrible, there was no reply just 'OK bye'. Will NOT order flowers from these jokers again.

I ordered the flowers that looked the brightest & most vibrant from the photos advertised. What was received was nothing like the photo. They were dull, not colourful at all and certainly not fresh. They cost £52 with postage and definately were not worth it.
I was so disappointed and really upset for my friend who should have received a nice cheery bunch of colourful flowers. She got a depressing dull bunch with no colour at all. I understand that flowers never look exactly the same, however a bunch that is advertised with such a bright & colourful bunch in the picture, should at least in some way be similar or should be more specific & tell you that it may arrive without any colour at all! See the attached photos to see the difference.
What is even more shocking is the customer service reply I received telling me that because I had selected "A spring hand tied, a florists choice arrangement to be delivered". Apparently, this means it's ok for something entirely different to be delivered instead with "nothing they can do"!
The flowers that were received were not even nice. The majority of the bunch was made up with a green flower! Very little effort with the arrangement to make it look appealing.
Terrible experience and will not ever purchase from Interflora again.

5 days before my mothers birthday I went to the Interflora website to order Flowers for her as I lived overseas. None available so I decided to order an Afternoon Tea gift basket. On her birthday I waited all day to get word it had been delivered, at the end of the day I got an email saying the courier had an issue and the order was delayed by a day. This forced me to tell my mother so she didn't think I had forgotten, this also ruined the surprise element of the present. The next day Interflora delivered to the wrong address so a neighbour had to bring it round. My mother was very polite but was clearly underwhelmed so I asked her to show me what she received. Instead of an afternoon tea basket with tea, cakes, breads etc….she got a cardboard box of random sweets and chocolate items worth less than £10. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I reached out to Interflora demanding a refund and explanation but haven't heard back yet. Do not shop there, they don't care at all about making people feel special on important days and even less about customer service.

A blue bouquet but don't expect blue flowers! - I odered my friend the 'Blue Eden' bouquet at a cost of £32 - primarily a rich violet colour. The bouquet arrived and was primarily green with bright yellow chrysanths. I complained and they offered to send another bouquet. This 'bouquet' arrived consisting of 7 flowers, all the same as the original bouquet and was delivered to the wrong house at the opposite end of the road. Incrediby poor service. An offer of a 50% refund would have sorted this but instead they decided to spout T&C 1.1 at me!
Quite honestly I wish I had sent £32 in cash to my firend...
