I loved shopping from In The Style! Their clothes are mostly tailored towards cute day outfits perfect for brunch/a day out. The quality is really nice but fit was a bit weird on me (see my video for more details!). The website is super easy to navigate, and shipping was really fast :)

Unfortunately, I have never received my order. Its such a shame to see so many peoples paid to speak about this brand, to trust them and give your money to receive nothing at the end. I've sent an e-mail, no one replied for 3 weeks now. I just give up..

I loved shopping from In The Style! Their clothes are mostly tailored towards cute day outfits perfect for brunch/a day out. The quality is really nice but fit was a bit weird on me (see my video for more details!). The website is super easy to navigate, and shipping was really fast :)

Unfortunately, I have never received my order. Its such a shame to see so many peoples paid to speak about this brand, to trust them and give your money to receive nothing at the end. I've sent an e-mail, no one replied for 3 weeks now. I just give up..

I returned my item 14 days ago. It was recieved at warehouse 8 days ago. I have sent numerous emails. No response until today. Only suggesting I wait longer. No offer of looking into the issue at all. You should not have to pay to return your item. Awful given its a celebrity site. Its a money making game! No contact number, cop out!

Spent over £300 on a couple of items. 3 dresses exactly the same just different colours, all same size but only ONE fit. One was far too big and the other too small. The sizing on the other items was the same. Miles to big or tiny. But all labels same size. The clothing quality is RUBBISH! Market clothing is better! No idea how all these celebrities or Instagram people promote them or have clothing lines. It's honestly shocking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! You'll be better off going to a market or primark! Cos that is the quality of clothing. REFUNDS?! Well that's a joke, they deduct £2.50 per parcel (charge for postage twice) and then take 14 days to refund. Funny that, I'm on day 15 since the parcels reached the warehouse and nothing cleared my account yet!

Absolutely shocking service,I seen all the bad reviews and I honestly should of listened to them.i ordered a beautiful dress to get a skirt I emailed multiple times no reply,I sent back the skirt looking for a refund and still nothing Absolutely no communication what so ever.
It's shocking service

Please DO NOT order from this company. Almost $300 worth of clothing lost in the mail, it's unclear whether this was the post office's fault or inthestyle directly. I sent countless emails to inthestyle customer service, literally over 10 with absolutely no response at all which leads me to think it is their fault. I have been ordering clothing online from other retailers for years and never once have I had an experience like this. They are completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Spend your money elsewhere ladies! There are plenty of companies out there who really care about their customers, inthestyle does not. I have never ever felt the need to review a company but I cannot allow what happened to me to happen to anyone else.

Dreadful company. Because of the association with Deborah James I bought a t-shirt from them, for which I paid £21.99, which is more than I would usually pay for such an item. It was ridiculously small so I returned it to the them. They made a refund of £15.50. When I queried this they said:
"Sorry to let you know we do not refund the delivery charges and we also deduct £2.50 as returns fee."
What a way to make money out of people, never came across this level of extortion from similar companies - and no mention of any of the money going to the Deborah James fund either.
Just don't buy from them, they need to be taught a lesson.

Just avoid like the plague.

I've been waiting over 2 months for customer services to reply to my last e mail, to try to resolve a query which has been outstanding for more than 8 months! They continually fail to acknowledge their errors and when/if they do respond, it is another fob off which doesn't address issues, states they are very busy and will reply within 48 hours (!) - which they don't! I despair of anyone taking responsibility and resolving this. The worse customer service ever - a scam - AVOID!

Tip for consumers:
Abysmal service, fail to acknowledge their errors, wait several months for replies to e mails which are more fob offs - avoid!

This place is horrible and there is no way of contacting them. I received my order all 3 dresses were the same size and one was huge, one didn't fit at all and the other was big. They all fit different and were cheap looking. One was paper thin and see through. So I returned them, I paid out of pocket for a return label $12.00, it has been 2 months since my package was received and signed for at their Carson CA location. I still have not received my refund and I have sent several emails with proof I sent it back. I lost a total of $150 on this. My hard earned money! What a horrible company!

Purchased a bed wear set.
Very poor quality. Poor cheap polyester material with no gems sewn just roughly cut.
No returns slip in package and order number doesn't work on returns portal. Had to live chat to get return QR code. Returning was easy when QR code was given by taking to Asda.
Item returned and 28 days to refund money. Terrible service. Live chat disconnects if you ask for a site to leave a review.

They cannot fulfill next day delivery orders so don't bother paying the next day charge. Every single time my order has failed to turn up next day. I have spent over £400 on one order which has failed to turn up. Customer service have emailed the courier, emailed?! Ridiculous if you have an account you should have access to contact them. I can't believe this company is still allowed to trade. No solutions or help offered. I only order because of Lorna Luxe once her contract ends I will be shopping elsewhere as the service and quality if we are being honest is not worth the price

My first order was a white lingerie set. I paid for 1-2 day shipping and it took 4 days. When I got the lingerie it was very thin and see through which it did not look in the pictures online. Also the top was a different style than what I thought I was ordering so that was very misleading. It was shorter in length and missing a white wrap around band to break up the cleavage and stomach. Very very disappointed and now I dont have time to go find something else for valentine's day. The first time I wash this it will become shreds. Also, I emailed regarding the late delivery that I paid more for and still have not received an email back regarding the issue. I will not order from here again.

Purchased 2 items on Black Friday sale. Was not notified until AFTER dispatch of 1 item that allegedly the other item is out of stock. I checked from the time of order periodically until now and item and size IS in stock. Now sale is over I'm told that I must purchase it at double the price. Attitude of customer services is "too bad, it's in our t&cs". Will not purchase from ITS again. Adviser on chat smugly said "Should you have experience... you will know where to find this information" upon asking for the registered address to write my complaint to (referring to my understanding and experience of consumer law). Terrible customer service.

I made an order of shoes in black and a size 5, they sent me them in chestnut and a size 7. They then advised I need to return the incorrect shoes and provide them a receipt before they could send me the shoes I ordered, as a Christmas present this is not ideal. They then gave me a 15% code that I could not use on the item I wanted as they said it applies to full priced items which it was but then added I could not use it on the new collection either. I am very unhappy with the service and this is not the first time either.

I ordered a jumper and it arrived used with hair all over it and string hanging and bubbles as if it's been worn and used for months. After a week of contacting customer service I had no apology suddenly the replacement arrived and it was in worse condition covered in hair and hanging string and bubbles and marker all over the sleeves! Absolutely disgraceful that clothes are being sent out in these condition and looks nothing like the photo the quality is shocking!

With so many followers, I thought it was a great place to order from. I was wrong. The products are awful and there is zero customer service. I attempted contacting them about a return through their site and through Instagram. All they do is send a canned response asking for your order number and address... and never respond again.

Really not great. Poor quality clothing and for an online company not only do you have to pay for delivery, they then change you a handling fee if you need to return! So I've lost £7 of my £39 order. Would not recommend.

I sent a return back in May, still no refund or reply to ANY emails, chat was useless. Check out their twitter for daily complaints and trustpilot (ignore the 5 stars they are fake) I feel sorry for the customer service team having to deal with this sh*t show of a business!

Second time purchased from in the style bought my usual size once again jeans are poor quality and too small these were supposed to be stretch skinny jeans tight around waist skinny on leg until it came to the ankle where it was all baggy top was ok primark quality but not primark prices too expensive for the material and sub standard item of clothing will never purchase from in the style again they do new collabs then put their prices down couple days later can see why they can't sell the cheap quality clothes for river island prices I love my fashion and honestly would rather wear primark then their clothes please avoid.

Tip for consumers:
Please avoid or buy their clothes when in sale at primark prices as the quality is poor delivery is expensive and trying to get hold of someone to sort an issue is difficult sizing isn't correct in jeans made in Pakistan so definitely size up one or two sizes.

Absolute joke of a company. Placed an order with them for 3 items. Received 2 which were completely different to what I ordered. Also were really poor quality. Returned within a few days. Received a partial refund weeks later even though I sent back everything I returned. Arguments are still going on 3-4 weeks later trying to get the rest of my money back. They also take a long time to get back to messages. Sure website says 48hr reply time. Maybe there busy coming up with more ways to rob people? I have had money taken from me for goods which were never received and had a load of hassle. 100% do not recommend and will never use again.

My tip would be do not use this site.

I purchased an order which wasn't suitable because It wasn't as advertised. Considering they charge £3.99 to deliver, they then take an extra £2.50 off for returning. If you know you're going to be happy with your order its a different story however I would never purchase from this company again.

Bought a cropped jumper for £15.00 including delivery and paid with Klarna, item received was very bad quality, thin and harsh material of a faded pink colour. Returned it and only received £7.99 back as they charged you £2.50 for returns with given labels! Now I have to pay £6.50 back to Klarna despite returning the item. Don't buy from this crap website!

They sent me the completely wrong sizes and one piece was missing from my order. Have written to their customer service via email and via the portal on their website and haven't hear anything back. Radio silence. DO NOT order and support this company.

Order clothes and half the time they get lost. Then takes you absolute days to contact ANYONE! Do it the correct way and send emails on the form blah blah. No one bothers replying. So then you sit in a chat and are like the 18th person in the queue, taking over 1 hour.
Still no one helped.

Then returned a different item, so far tracking said they received 8 days ago. Still no email stating the have it or that they'll refund me. Absolute joke!
