I had ordered a Marvel watch that didn't work. They immediately sent the label to return & exchange. Disappointingly it was refunded as the watch is now not available. However, this didn't lessen the experience and the response or resolution at all. I would find it tough to purchase other watches outside of Invicta at this point.

Very impressive watch for the money. Fit, finish, and overall quality is excellent. Design and style while subjective in my opinion are great. Heavy solid feel and no problems with accuracy. I would recommend that watch to anyone wanting a solid dive watch. This is my first Invicta and I will definitely buy more.

I generally have been pleased with Invicta in the past. However, I was not able to use there payment plan website because it was shutdown. When I called customer service my wait time was almost 25 minutes and when I finally got someone on the phone she was very matter of fact with me.

I can't understand how I pay for something immediately and in turn that product takes 3 weeks to be shipped (and it's in stock because it's brand new)& almost another week to arrive! Back in the day there used to be a thing called an explanation & compensation when something held up your order

I've returned this item. I found the silicon strap too "slippery" and this heavy watch would rotate on my wrist even when it was put on tightly.
Positive experience with Invicta. I own may of their watches. This one was just not for me. Sometimes you just can't tell until you try it on.

I was very disappointed after receiving this watch, it appears to be used and had minor scratches. I didn't give it an bad reviews, because am familiar with this product and blame the service. Need improvement.

Very well organized web site. Easy to find what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the watch was very big for me and I returned it last week. I received excellent instructions for its return, including a return shipping label. Invicta does an excellent job of caring for customers. I will surely shop with them again. Thank you!

Easy to browse site. I found that the star wars watches don't actively describe the watch themselves (metal band, rubber band, etc.), and there's no way to add the Invincible Guarantee Program directly from the checkout screen. I had to search for it on the bottom of the page under the "Shop" category. Otherwise a great experience.

Love the watches as that's all I wear. With this order i was a little disappointed as 1 of the watches which was for a gift took long and until I contacted customer service their would not have been any communication on your part. Otherwise I will give ya the opportunity again in the future to see...

Everything was great, until I tried to register my watch, it said it didn't recognize the model number. Vera frustrating. I own 22 Invicta watches and a I've never had this problem registering my watches before.

My husband loves watches and fell in love with invicta when he saw one specific one in an invicta store. Needless to say since then he is a true fan. We always have an excellent experience throughout the whole process. God Bless you Invicta

Other than the glitches associated with refreshing and reloading individual pages and intending to keep the order displays consistent, I am satisfied with Invicta's performance for keeping their product descriptions very informative - for these products, details are important and determination in making product choices.

It seems that FedEx dropped the ball, and was the only down side causing a delay, which was frustrating.

Love the watch. Have purchased several Invicta watch's over the years. Invicta stores has always delivered on time and price has been fair. Lots to choose from. Some thing for every taste in style. Me I like big watches and Invicta definitely has those!

Everything was Great except the FedEx delivery fie one of the watches was dropped of in the wrong neighborhood. Lucky for us that homeowner drove down the road & delivered it to me after he verified my id first. Thank God for honest people.

First off your products speaks for itself. The only thing I would like to see is a email when my delivery is progressing to delivery date. But I love invicta watches. They are very classy watches and so many styles to choose. Thank you.
