I ordered a watch and paid for expedited shipping so I would have it for an upcoming trip. Followed up numerous times with very poor customer service to get a status. Was told it was processing. It was never shipped. 2 weeks later, they stated it was out of stock and partially refunded me. Still fighting on getting a full refund. Horrible horrible customer service.

It was easy to choose items and use Invicta card for payment one of the 4 items that was on the order took almost a month to receive. Seems a little too long.

The venom watch is sooo gorgeous, I just love looking at it and I also get an excitement rush because of the beauty of the bracelet, bezel and dial. Truly a work of art. Different from my other venoms. I love this watch immediately when I unpacked it. This watch is more beautiful in person than the picture. Pictures don't do it justice. If invicta made a rose tone version with the same gold center links, bezel, and dial trim, I would definitely buy it!! Thanks for making another beautiful watch invicta.

Invicta Stores online is a business designed to lie and cheat foreign customers, shipping watches without testing it, bad and inadequate packaging, when received faulty tried calling them for help they just don't help. Their manager is out of touch, unhelpful. Beware of spending money buy the same product from a repuatbel businesses.

One of the best all around services I've experienced. The service is as almost as good as the product. I'll be back for more.

Love your watches, the only problem is the watch bands. My Rubber bracelet just broke. I have over 40 watches, and yes most are Invicta. So no watch gets worn for 2 or 3 days in a row. I was a very active person. I was a Deputy Sheriff after retiring from the Air Force. I got hurt on the job twice. The first time I had surgery and went back to
work. The second time I had surgery and it did not fix me. I was forced to retire. Collecting Watches helped to keep me from going crazy. The other band that just up and broke was on my Venom it has both the Metal Bracelet and the Rubber Strap. It broke in the strongest part of the band, it looks almost cut but it was not cut. Very strange.

I ordered 2 watches for my twin nephews who will be graduating soon. I received shipping email a couple days after ordering the watches. The same day I received the watches, I wasn't expecting to receive them so fast! Very pleased!

One watch I ordered, the band is very hard to clasp. I believe that the clasp is out of line with the locking mechanism. I'm considering trying to get a leather or silicone band to replace the bracelet. The model number on this watch is *******, any suggestions?

My husband has 42 invicta watches and we just starting giving them to gifts to our family. I have purchased his watches from other sites but Invicta stores is the absolute best! I try only to deal with them! I was concerned that one of the watches would not get here in time, so when I called they sent it to me express!

the order tracking number wasn't updated to shipped until the day or two before it arrived so I didn't think it had shipped but other than that very satisfied with the product and especially the price it was a gift and he loved it

I ordered my watch on Wednesday January 15 and received it Saturday Jan 18.
The watch was more than I expected.

First purchase. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality and size of the timepieces vs. how they're shown in the online catalog.

I found the Invicta store very competitive in product price, and in most cases several dollars cheaper than other stores, which by the way were sold out of the particular watch that I was looking for.

I found some great looking watches. Easy to navigate the website to find what I didn't even know I was looking for. Will definitely come back in the future.

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I've had the opportunity to get many of the time pieces I've always wanted.

The delivery time was long and I never received a confirmation email regarding my purchase. But I did finally receive it after two weeks and I'm satisfied with the product.
