In shipping to Canada they charge 4 times the product cost on the initial shopping cart total. However they request that international buyers must complete the full transaction in order to see the actual shipping costs, which they hint maybe cheaper. Further more they claim that an email will be sent with the final billing to the customer but the order has not been processed yet. They then say that the international customer then has the option to proceed with the order or cancel if the shipping rates are outrageous. However this last statement is a lie. $24 for two 3 oz handles for a skimmer basket with $75 US for shipping? What BS. Really that's a $5 stamp in an envelope. Canada stay away for these crooks. Shame on Hayward for dealing with these scam artists.
I have been buying Hayworth PA-90 pool filters for many years now. I even compared their price to the original and it was the same so I thought I would give them a try. I got a cheap Chinese knock off instead. Never again.
I received my order (pool motor) unfortunately it was the wrong one! Still brand new never been hooked up trying to return this product so that i can order the right motor and get my pool up and running.no response from the return dept as of yet! Order #******* on 5/14/23 still waiting time is very important! Please help me
I have ordered a pool pump and an O-ring gasket for my pool filter. Each time it's the same thing, they get the order and email you that your order has shipped, yet it hasn't. This company does not have the material in their warehouse, this place is a call center. They are just making money off of being a middle man.
Now their knowledge seems to be on point, but when it takes 2 weeks or more to get your part it's just not worth it. I recommend finiding what you need through them but ordering from an ACTUAL distributor. I will not order from this company again and will not recommend them to anyone for parts.
After a stern Email and a poor review, Customer support was fairly prompt in a reply. Shipped my missing part next day! Woo Hoo a satisfied customer! The parts seem to be of good quality and was shipped an extra brush as well.
We placed an order for 3 items on 4/4/21. The items were broke down into 2 shipments with two different tracking numbers. We received the first part of our order in a timely manner on 4/7/21
(awesome) which was a replacement bag and wheels for our pool cleaner. I tracked the second part of the order which was TWO replacement cleaning brush's. It only stated that it was shipped and was still at the first facility for like a week. I reached out to customer service and was NEVER able to speak to anyone, I was on perpetual hold. I sent an email to customer service after THREE DAYS received a response. In the meantime USPS tracking informed me my package was finally on its way and should arrive Friday the 16th. The product did arrive early on Wednesday the same time as my email response stating my order should be there by Friday the 16th. NOW the shipment only contained ONE of TWO brushes ordered and paid for! I can not reach them on the phone. Email is my only contact and as far as they are concerned the tracking states my order was delivered! Probably will not order from them again due to poor customer service and ability to contact. My third Email to them explaining I am missing part of my order has not been addressed yet. Lets see what happens?
I ordered a volt vacuum with a 4 piece pole. I received a small spa broom. When I attempted to get a return slip, I was denied. $91 wasted. I have a pool, not a small little spa. This was my first and last time ever doing business with them.
I ordered 3 bottom plates for a pool and paid for overnight shipping. Twenty four hours go by, nothing! Contacted them today, forty eight hours after the order should have been here and told it was out of stock. Now, common sense says when the item is out of stock, you update your site or, with an overnight order, you notify the customer when the order is processing, that you can not meet that request. How do you do business like that?
The item came in a plastic bag (no box) - had no protection and the top screen was crushed. I pushed most of the screen back out - but about 1/3 of the edge I left 'as is' for fear of me breaking the screen.
After installing pump motor, it SCREAMS. No water is leaking but it is VERY LOUD. Called customer service, they are sending an email to start my warranty claim, hopefully it isn't too difficult.
Ordered a replacement filter cartridge. Price was good and delivery was FAST and free. Only complaint is that the product was made in China. Almost sent it back. Would gladly pay more not to do business with the filthy Communists. Please avoid selling Chinese BS in the future
