I purchased a chair for my husband, which was over $1500.00, so not an inexpensive item. Before I purchased, I connected with the company to ask about the ability of their removing an old chair. I was told that for an additional $150.00 they would remove the chair when they came to assemble. I paid the amount. The chair arrived and it took 3 full days to finally hear from someone, because at that time, I learned it was a third party that handled assembly and takeaway. The appointment was made for Monday, 10/14/24, between 5pm and 5:30pm. Someone finally arrived at 6:20pm who shared that he would not be removing the chair. I showed him confirmation, in writing, and he said he didn't have a truck with him and I should have been told this. I wrote back and was immediately told, "Sorry, I don't work for the company". The chair has been sitting at the end of my driveway for over 24hrs. I was told someone would be in touch today and it would be removed. Not only has it not been removed, I haven't had any contact from anyone, even though I was told it would be handled today...and, they still have my $150.00.
Tip for consumers:
Don't give this company your business. They have no care or concern for the customer.
