They reply with the same automated emails which seems like a request for more information and make you wait for weeks. Hard to get hold of customer support post raising a ticket or a response from them.
IronSource is the third party provider for rewards in a game called Hero Wars. Often the rewards are granted through the process but when they aren't and you ha e to deal with support it takes weeks to months to get things straightened out. I currently have 2 completed offers that have not been resolved. One is posted below, the other offer has been so long ago that it was deleted from my history. I would never recommend that anyone use their services.

Save everything for proof of purchase because it often fails and you will need it.

Had multiple issues with getting rewards for Mech Arena, sent in numerous screenshots of proof and emails from Mech Arena support confirming I met the reward requirements. Waited almost 1 month for them to drop a standard "Cookie Cutter" email response.
DO NOT use these people. You will at some point be scammed for your time.
P.S- Support was more than willing to just push through a small amount of rewards for the Tutorial mission. Once they had to cough up the big rewards they ran and hid.

You do not believe your users, and despite the fact that he says with reason and evidence that he made the offer, but you say that the advertiser must approve. Maybe the advertiser is a thief and he will not approve, then you help them to achieve their wishes!

I was completing the offer that had four rewards: the first reward was to reach level 50, the second level was 100, the third level was 250 and the fourth level was 500. I am now level 257, I received the first and third rewards but did not give the second one. The supplier has not approved! Is it possible? Well, ask them why they do not approve, why should we lie when there is evidence and reason.
Really ridiculous, and more ridiculous ozone your support for them.

This was simply one of the best experiences I have had with any of the companies behind app offer walls. They support team responded promptly, with a kind demeanor. Often times support from these applications approach as though it is an inconvenience to inquire about your reward. I will without question continue to use this service and will recommend to others..

Their subsidiary, Supersonic Ads, on repeated occasions denied payment to their sponsors' clients upon completion of offerwall transactions, even after comprehensive evidence was provided of such.
I personally invested substantial and irrecoverable time and money participating in their advertised offers and was not given the due compensation. This was a clear breach of contract and they evaded all attempts to seek a resolution.
If you are a game developer, DO NOT trust this company to advertise for you. You will lose business.
The gem rewards here are the highest I've seen anywhere, usually the higher payouts require you to make cash purchase, but not this one. I just completed one for almost 3k gems on my game and it only took a few days to complete. A couple of the rewards didn't come through but I submitted a ticket, without evidence, and both tickets were successfully rewarded to me within a few hours. Totally trustworthy, amazing deals and no need to spend a penny.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure you pay close attention to the terms for each task, make sure you check how long you have to complete the task and always make sure you're a first time user for the app or game your downloading otherwise you won't get a payout even if you complete all the tasks within the time limit.

I used my gem rewards on my game to purchase crates to help me advance without spending any money.
I played another game and reached lvl. 8 to get free emeralds. When it was done, the game do not realise, that my work is done. The next day, i write an email to the support-team with a hardcopy from the other game (at lvl. 8). In 2 hours my problem was solved and in the game i received my reward.

I recently downloaded an app through another app to try for tokens in a game. Coin Dozer is the name of the app. After emailing the makers of coun dozer and getting an email back it said they would check out my complaint and get back with me within 3 days. Well I was very happily surprised to say the least when after only 3 hours not days, they not only had resolved the problem but had the issue fixed and they emailed me to stay in touch. All apps that are up and coming could take a lesson from this said developer. These days it's hard to get a response back, but the developers are 10+ stars out of 10. Thank you!

I have passed all requested levels they have asked but they didn't reward me even after I wrote to them and they still haven't given me all the rewards I earned. I got rejected for one of the rewards, one is still pending. Why is this happening and why put this in the offer section if you guys not going to reward your customers?
I was more than happy to leave this review when invited to do so. I had an issue with my account, I was not credited for an offer I did. I waited, hoping there was a delay. Unfortunately, an hour later the problem was still there. I sighed as i imagined having to send an email to support. The headache of having to explain and then wait for response. I was pleasantly suprised to get the automatic email acknowledging my ticket and then the response. Great customer service. Very polite and professional. Got quick results. It is refreshing in this day and age to come across a customer service or support department that actually makes you feel they are listening to your concerns. So you can he relieved if you have to send in that support ticket. You're in good hands.
I started using the App a little over a month ago and it's been great especially getting rewards for the games and how much I'm on the road and travel. I was really impressed today after one of the rewards I completed didn't after one of the rewards I completed didn't award me I put in a ticket and it was fixed in under 24 hours! The response time is absolutely great for an app like this and I'm very impressed.

I had a problem installing one of the games that earns you extra gems, thought I had worked out the problem only to find out after completing the task to earn the extra gems found that the app didn't install.
So I contacted support they went in to my account and fixed the problem and awarded me the gems I had earned with 24 hours. I was actually surprise I even got a response, but to have everything fixed and credited. Way to go support team. Two thumbs up from me for sure.
Wrote in my ticket that I had followed the steps, which includes restarting app. I'm told to restart my app. No surprise, it doesnt work. Then I'm asked to rate my positive experience without having checked if my issue has been solved. What a joke.

I was denied compensation for the two games I played and sent e-mails several times for inquiries, but they are not even checking my e-mails. I played games to pay for the offer wall compensation, completed all the missions, and sent them an e-mail with all the materials proving it, but there was no answer, and they have not responded to the e-mail for 10 days.
So far I've cashed out 140+ in a couple months and it honestly hasn't taken as much time as I've spent on some other apps for half or less the rewards in the same amount of time accrued overall. And the payouts to PayPal... They are by far the fastest, exactly what the users hope for in terms of speed of payout. In the same minute I cash out I have a PayPal notification and email I e received a deposit. One thing that needs work is the earned coins or points on occasion on the offer wall a reward doesn't pay out, I had one big one that I'm still trying to sort out for a few weeks now. But everything else is gold. Support has helped me out on more then one occasion and solved the issues promptly. Happy so far, would be thrilled if I could get that one reward honored I completed. But they are by far the best overall reward gaming app I've played.

My experience with this company has been satisfying so far. They are the first corporation to honor what they advertise with no surprise hidden lines or lil thing they left out to make it sound more appealing in the end. They do business with out the if ands or buts and that why I rated 5 stars and will continue to use this company again.
