They reply with the same automated emails which seems like a request for more information and make you wait for weeks. Hard to get hold of customer support post raising a ticket or a response from them.
I don't really know how other games might work but for Dragon City it sure works excellent. It takes as little as 2 hours to a day to receive your reward. And if you think the service is slow, BE PATIENT MF, since you aren't the only one asking for help. Other than that I really love this app, and so does Walter White. Ji Ji Ji Ja.

I ended up getting gems in dragon city and my gosh it was very successful.
Due to a error on my behalf i didnt recieve the rewards for the task i had completed.
I messaged to apologise and ask if there was anyway i could re attempt the challenge.
Turns out there was no need, the customer service team attended to my ticket to quickly and after sending some prrof via screen shots my reward was approved.
Absolutely fantastic customer care, 10/10 service and 10/10 speed, what more could i ask for.
I'm so happy to be dealing with a company that actually is true to their word. Customer service is the bomb actually responds within hour. Truly enjoy playing and earning extra money daily.

My problem with IronSource is that they are really not CUSTOMER support. They support the company that makes the offer available. It would be nice if they supported the customer and *tried* to get the company to fulfill the offer. I didn't give them fewer stars because in my game it says at the offer that the company reviews the screenshots etc and makes the determination, not IronSource. Oh well.

As the headline says the response to questions is fast and even if I thought I was wronged at first, they explain it where I see they are usually right, but if I'm right in a question they don't hesitate to give me the reward.

I didn't receive my diamonds in Crush Crush from the Offer Wall, so I wrote this ticket to check why my diamonds weren't arriving, and they immediately sent me an answer email and they gave me the diamonds in game!
I wasn't expecting such an immediate and gentle response! Awsome!

I had an app for csgo skins. They used to give some coins. Then when it re endered the app no coins ever received. I was scammed and never got any coins. Still waiting for about 2,200 coins. They denied like i didnt so something right when i did everything perfectly but they stop replying or said what i did wrong for them. Sad because i lost my trust and wasted my time. One of the app was looney tunes that never got the coins in case u want to know.
This site's customer service is downright horrendous. For over a month I've struggled to get rewards from them (Lifestyle Points for Sims Freeplay) and have had to publish negative reviews on Trustpilot to get my rewards. Now I don't even GET rewards anymore! A few days ago I had to email Firemonkeys to get my reward for 2 offers I completed. Today I sent in 2 support tickets, one was approved but I still haven't received the reward yet! How can people use your services if you swindle them out of their time and some cases, money? That's scamming! You're tricking your customers! I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone at all. Waste of time and their customer service is terrible! It's a scam! Stay away from it!

Downloaded and played one of your games you specified to get credits. Completed the highest level requested, I received the reward for the final level but nothing for the lower levels I OBVIOULSY would have had to complete to get to that highest level.

I had issue with not receiving the gold in my game, so I opened a ticket they approved within minutes. However you won't get the rewards so don't even bother. They just need reviews so here is mine
I put in a ticket for missing credits on added up by cricket wireless and in less than 24 hours they had approved my request and my points were on my account! Very pleased with the response time.
Ive only had to put in maybe 2 tickets for things not showing up and they fixed them right away. Just make sure you have proof is all. Dont lie and try to cheat

A real paying app with cool games and great customer service. I've only had one problem, glitch not getting my points and customer service has it fixed in an hr or so instead of 3 days.
I like IronSource, I used it to gain Crystals in Rush Royale and Boss Coin in OSM. It works really well! When I conclude a mission and open the app, it already has my reward ready for being gained!
There are some things that I don't like: the first is the Offers Equality: some offers of like 221 Crystals are very long, while others, always of 221 Crystals are easier. Can you please include easy things?
The second one is the absence of "cheap" offers: maybe offers of just 10-50 Crystals are really rare, and people would like them because of the time it takes to complete them: just a few days, and not like 221 ones that last for also a week or a month.
Please help. It doesn't seem like any person there actually read my request for help. At least the determination that you completed my issue is a significant problem.

I pursued it further, and found whoever it was I was dealing with the second time deserves a 5 star rating, whereas the first should be fired...
