I had an issue with Online Soccer Manager coins. It's been difficult to find how to contact support or solve the problem. They adress you to the advertising companies… who created and manages the game, the advertising companies? Then, It has been difficult to contact the support team, then… they didn't gave me a solution in the first term… guys, why is it so complicated for you to solve this little things? I got my issue solved more than a month late. Too late, i have already stop playing. Besides, they ask you to "review your positive experience"… haha … come on …. Hundreds of offerts to get coins. You spend an hour of your life to get some. Many times results nothing, other times you get them two weeks late… other times you have fight and cry to the support team to get what you fairly earnt. I have completed a lords mobile offer however i waited 4 days and i never received the rewards, so i contacted support with the required information it says it would take up to 3 business days, so i waited but i was surprised it only took 26mins for my reward to came through.
Explaination of the photos the first photo shows the ticket was sent on 10:44am and Approval of the ticket was on 11:10am and the final photo shows the offer being completed.

When I submitted a ticket for my problem, 1 email for the issue and 1 for vertification were sent in less than 5 minutes. And the problem was solved and the 3rd e email was received in the next 5 minutes. I am very happy with this quick response as it is now 10pm local time in Asia!

Unfortunately it is up to the companies discretion whether they honor the agreement. Even if ALL the required tasks are completed. Do not expect IRON SORCE to reward you. They most likely will not and they don't care, but they do reward you if it's a low amount... maybe. Overall DO NOT TRUST Them.
Usually when a prize is glitched out it is just said that its not their fault, but here they handled it within an hour without any excuses. Very pleased

There was a delay of 3 days on the reward, and I wrote to support about it, adding 3 screenshots. At first I wrote just through the mail, the day there was nothing, then through a special link in the item tasks, I was transferred to a small questionnaire, where you have to enter the mail and comments, and if possible to attach screenshots, and then I saw the progress. First automatic message, and then (within an hour) approval of the completed task. I give it 5 stars! Everything works perfectly!

So far it's been really easy to earn on the app, I did have a delay with one of the offers not completing so I sent in an email and within an hour they responded and approved the reward.
