They reply with the same automated emails which seems like a request for more information and make you wait for weeks. Hard to get hold of customer support post raising a ticket or a response from them.

Takes forever to get anything done with customer service. Then when something does get approved, you're lucky if you actually get it.
I had a question about a large sum of tokens I earned, I emailed them and within 12 hours I got a response back and my account was credited. Awesome!
They gave me the promised gems. However, i had to contact them and they gave me a dodgy not secured link im not sure thats a legal.

I received an email asking for proof i sent it back and got no reply. The case is not resolved I am VERY upset
It took way to long to long to approve my ticket for gems & it's an automated email. If I could put zero I would bc it happens every time.
