Had a delay on some rewards being applied to my account, so I sent them two screenshots where you could see the completion progress and rewards still pending. After a quick confirmation email, the issue was resolved almost immediately, no hassle at all. Thanks
They reply with the same automated emails which seems like a request for more information and make you wait for weeks. Hard to get hold of customer support post raising a ticket or a response from them.

Однако проходил редж, там все честно было, тут какие-то косяки пошли.
В среднем с вами можно иметь дело. Иногда бывают промахи, но вы иногда исправляетесь. Пару раз не получил алмазы вообще 900 и 1300. Играл по месяцу в ркламные игры и ноль.
Проблемы решают довольно оперативно. Запрос в утром (8:00) в воскресенье бы решен к 11 часам. Это было второе обращение в течении недели. Первое тоже решилась в течении суток. Советую обращаться
