They reply with the same automated emails which seems like a request for more information and make you wait for weeks. Hard to get hold of customer support post raising a ticket or a response from them.
One the one hand, AFTER complaining to the game vendor, ironsource did release the promised reward.
On the other hand, all I was supposed to be signing up for was a "Wendy's $50 gift card", which then became a "chance to win a $50 gift card", then spawned a hydra-like unending list of other offers that it was signing me up for, never telling me that I'd actually completed the first sign-up. This morning I woke to 50+ spam in my inbox, and, while it did state "you can opt out" and "you're doing this of your own choice", I didn't feel like I had a choice.
By comparison, my wife got an offer to "play the tutorial" of some game (for more than double the reward I was offered), which she did, and when the promised reward didn't show 15 min later, she too complained & got her reward - without dozens of signups and spam - by morning.
It should be noted that I was offered other offers, but anything of a decent size required an outright purchase through ironsource. I'm a middle aged man, so offering me 15 different Olay purchase offers is not very targeted. And yes, I'd opted into the game's targeted ads, and I've never shopped for Olay products.
I lost my game an contact support to just help me get my game back an they gave me my gold. They was very fast on helping me with the problem thanks for all your help

I've been denied my in-rewards many times, but ironsource always accepted my appeals and fought for me. And they've always come through for me. I'm grateful for their support.

They solved the error that I had very quickly and very well, I had the error report and they were sending me emails until some time later they solved the error.
