Nobody advise it don't work with Bitlocker. Service is very poor, and answers once per night (probably time change issue). So I was 5 days with them having one contact per day. Finally it didn't work. I asked my refund as per they promise of 30 days trial, but they refuse with silly excuses.

I purchased iSunshare BitLocker Genius - the product does not work. I contacted their helpdesk who gave me a series of poorly written, convoluted instructions (uninstall and reinstall several other bits of software) but the product STILL does not work. When I asked for a refund, they said that their small print includes a stipulation: their "30 day guarantee" actually protects THEM - their helpdesk has 30 days to resolve your problem BEFORE they grant you a refund. They have not provided any further instructions to getting the tool working.
In short, do *not* work with this company. I was sold vaporware: they could not get it working on Apple's latest OS (macOS Monterey), and now they refuse to issue me a refund.
Do not waste your money and time.

As of 28th August 2021, I have requested a refund 14x times. Suddenly, iSunShare emails me to declare the software is Trial software and refer me to an FAQ on why they won't refund me. The FAQ was clearly written recently, further the "Sales" section of the website DOES NOT STATE its a trial version, nor do the Payment / Purchase benefits state any Trial or limitation on the 30 day money back guarantee. #SHOCKING USELESS COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The software doesn't work and the company does not stand behind its money back guarantee. I would look else where for a solution.

My Windows 7 netbook locked up and would not let me logon as Administrator. No password was ever required up to this point. I purchased iSunshare.com Windows Password Reset software. It did not work on my pc. I contacted their customer support and provided them will all documentation and screenshots throughout the process. Due to a time difference with them, I updated them and they had more for me to try the next morning each day for several weeks. Communication was poor from their end that appeared to be a language issue. They also did not appear to look at my complete updates, since I would send screenshots and the next day they would ask for the same screenshots. After giving up and asking for a refund, they started all over again asking me what my problem was. Mycommerce who handles payment and distribution for iSunshare got in the loop and requested an update from them on three occasions with the same endless queries from iSunshare. The software firm was like one person who was developer, owner, sales and support. After 30 days are now gone, communication has stopped. Their software did not work and no refund. I recommend staying away from any and all products sold by iSunshare. Lots of frustration, wasted time on my part with nothing but a lost fee to show for it.
