Very bad customer service. They promised to send a charger compatible to UAE but nothing received. Their terms and conditions for the return and refund have extensive constraints (e.g. They charge 20% of the product price if you return it even sealed). Take home lesson: Do not buy again from this company.

My experience with this online was exceptional. Great follow up from customer support which is rare here in UAE. They have wide selection and quite short delivery time as well. I'm happy to find this e-shop and I can only recommend.

I have upgraded my PC recently and I bought everything from Gear-up.me. Definitely most reliable e-shop in UAE, helpful customer support with European attitude and responsibility.
Delivery was done as promised and all was wrapped in bubble foil to ensure it is protected during shipping. I'm very happy with them and I'll be shopping there again soon. Thumbs up!
I received excellent service from this Dubai based company in providing ne the right computer to allow me to use flight simulator X-Plane 11. Was given different options to chose from. Very good communications throughout and payment, ordering and delivery were easy. Would recommended them for your gaming needs in the UAE and beyond.

A week ago I purchased most of my new PC components form gear-up when suddenly I noticed I mistakenly purchased a wrong Motherboard. But thanks to their outstanding customer service, I got my motherboard replaced with the correct one without hassle and fast. They are very responsive to my emails and they even give me some advice about compatibility and how to do stuffs on my newly built pc. It's an easy 5 star for Gear-Up! Must recommend!

My experience with gear-up has been very positive. I bought a synology NAS from them and there was a fault with it a few months later. Fixing this was covered within Gear-up's 1 year warranty and they were happy to oblige. Since the product could not be fixed, I got an upgraded replacement instead. Though this took more than a month an a half, the customer service staff were very supportive. Overall a good experience.
I'm satisfied with the service and products received, having bought a custom PC as well as peripherals. Though there where some complications, James and team went the extra mile to assemble the PC in office to the specifications and within my time requirements. A special thanks to them, and I will be a returning customer for sure.
This shop is well customer oriented. I didn't have my visa card open for online shopping so the guys offered me other payment options and guided me through the whole payment process. I selected bank transfer. After I made the payment they processed the order within few day and I just received my order perfectly packed in bubble wrap and I can't wait set it all together and start playing. I will nee better monitor soon so I will purchase it fro Gear-up.me again!
I ordered a Gigabyte Gaming 8 which I could not find on any competitors sites (Or my usual suppliers). I thought I would give Gear-up a try and was shocked when the motherboard was delivered two days later. No delivery damage and the board worked like a dream. Gear-up.me are true professionals. They first helped me with configuration by suggesting alternatives so I could think about it within my budget. Choosing for the right online shop makes me worried, as i always encounter problems with the delivered items ( wrong items). But with gear up i don't feel hesitant because one of my friends recommend them with the good service she experience while purchasing with them.

From ordering the parts on the website, dealing with customer support (James), requesting for PC assembly and up to the actual collection of the PC, the entire process was seamlessly smooth and easy. Great customer service; had my graphics card that stopped working replaced (to a higher model since they were out of the model I bought) within two weeks. Their shipping and handling is also fast and their prices are generally OK (very good for the middle east, not as good as Newegg or Amazon, though this is understandable).
I purchased new PC set up for gaming and the guys from Gear-up.me helped me from the idea of selecting the right parts through the compatibility check to actual building of the PC and then they delivered it at the exact time they have promised and confirmed with me. Really great stress free experience. I'll be using them for all my IT projects from now on.
Shopping online, I was careful to find and buy a product whose description precisely fitted my needs. When it arrived (after a little mix-up about the delivery, but that's another story) it turned out to be not quite what I wanted, after all, and not right for use in the UAE. There followed a quite lengthy back-and-forth, (fixing the delivery) establishing the exact nature of the problem - complete with photos - and what was going to be done about it.
Although it was frustrating to have to go through this, their customer service was unfailingly polite and positive, and I got the clear impression that they really cared about making sure I got what I wanted. And I did! Eventually. The website still needs work, and I suspect that there's a bit of a disconnect between their fulfilment and follow-up, but I have already recommended them to one colleague, and expect to do so again.
Absolutely love this site. I can find items that are so difficult to get here for super prices - plus I receive good advise for my compatibility checks. The guys really know what they are doing, used like ten times and never had a single issue. Ok. Once the delivery was delayed - but they let me know about this on time - guess this is what custoemr service shall be. Can recommend.
Purchased a gaming set up for nearly 10,000 aed. Ordering was easy and advice was freely given.
Purchase arrived quickly and was as described.
7 days later the computer stopped working, likely problem is a bust graphics card.
Emailed the company but due to limited people in the office they were slow to reply.
Courier collected the broken computer, fixed it within a week and courier delivered 2 days later.
Why 4 stars and not 5? Communication with the company is difficult. Could be due to covid 19 restrictions.

It seems like the graphics card has artifacts that are a manufacturing defect and we have already contacted the manufacturer for help.
