It works great, I used it a few times. It can be a little technical for a person who doesn't work on computers, because you need to know some terms like BIOS and UEFI.
Does not work. Complex process, second computer needed, new flash required, too many commands., have to be computer confident to follow all the steps. Anyone capable of figuring this out could use commands in SAFE MODE instead.
The software doesn't work and the company does not stand behind its money back guarantee. I would look else where for a solution.
Software didn't work and their support can't fix issue. They wont respond when I asked for a refund they ignored my request.
Money back guarantee is a lie and their software wont work. Waste of money. Do not recommend them AT ALL
