I could not believe how long and how little i needed of the cc cream. This brand i got when it first came to ulta i was a bit iffy but i am in love it cover up my spider veins that im so uncomfortable of on my face. I love this formula sooo much
As a long time user of IT cosmetics I bought this eye pencil from a Target Ulta while on vacation. Eye pencil would not screw up after the first use. Call their customer service and they said they can't stand behind their product without a receipt. I was on vacation and have no receipt obviously I have the product they could have seen in a picture but they did ZERO to help. I just wanted a replacement. This company sucks as they have no customer service. They lost an 8 year customer.
Their B. B. and CC creams are soft and creamy, but I feel like it's not enough to last me for a long time, and they're a little more expensive.
I ordered the wrong shade and called to correct it the next day (the order had not been filled yet). They said they could not make changes to the order once placed-I would have to wait for it to be delivered, then return and exchange it- this all in the middle of the Covid epidemic! (I was trying to prevent an unnecessary delivery). Very inefficient.
I placed an order on May 5th and then I received an Email stating that my order had been shipped on May 7th I have been checking every day since than and it is now the 20th and the tracking number on the ups website states that tracking will be updated once package reaches its facility I have Email this company and called no response and I'm not waiting over an hour for someone to answer this is ridiculous I will be contacting PayPal to get my money back and let them know what my situation.
The brushes are extremely soft. The bristles feel like rubbing your cheek against a baby's hair. And an unbelivebly resonable price.
I have placed two orders over the past few months. Both times I received something completely different than what I ordered.
The It Cosmetics are so great. I love the Powder Full Coverage Makeup and the It Full Coverage Cream. Everything I have from It Cosmetics is Wonderful!
