I call about my hp e printer because I couldn't get it to print, this lady answer the phone told me they were hp immediately took control of my computer got this guy on the phone they both speak broken English told me they found Trojan horse on my computer and all my Microsoft hardware were close and my computer is going to crash, told them I was going to call Microsoft because by this time I knew this were all crap this guy came on the line told me he was from Microsoft, while he was on the line I use my house phone and call hp he immediately hung up. I call them back twice and told them I will be making a complaint to the BBB about them.
The guy told me to do whatever I want to do. Guess they don't care.
These people are CRIMINALS! They HACK your computer! Then ask for more $ to fix it! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will have PROBLEMS to follow if you do!
I am extremely pleased to report that David has reconnected my stand alone computer in Richmond with Internet Explorer. David spent about 30 minutes on the telephone and was very courteous and polite. With great patience he found a way to reconnect me and he attended to a few other things as well. I am grateful and am happy with such a helpful service.
