I want to leave zero stars but I can't. I purchased a set of 4 suitcases at a cost of £200 and one of the wheels and the zip went the first time I used them. I contacted customer services, had two emails ignored and finally got through to someone who said they would help. I was eventually told that they would not help me and I had to contact Matalan. I contacted Matalan and they told me to contact IT Luggage who then completely refused to honour their warranty and closed my query.
I've had 3 sets of luggage with them previously but this is definitely the last time. Absolutely zero customer service and zero support for loyal customers. Their luggage now seems to be cheaply made and the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on, don't bother.
