Pros: Staff is accessible via phone and email.
Cons: Matches are not always the best fit, sometimes basic criteria (e.g., agreement on kids, age preferences, etc.) aren't a match; the people arranging the meet-ups don't live locally so sometimes you're driving 45 minutes to a location, sometimes you're driving across the city, when there was a much better meet-up point.

This is my second time as a member of It's Just Lunch, (prior membership in 2009) and will continue to refer others. It is a great service for those re-entering the dating scene. Destinee is thoughtful with her match making skills. She is always cheerful and open to suggestions. This has been a good experience.

My matchmaker has astutely listened to my preferences and expertly delivered on the first match. Though we may not have clicked, the individual she found shares my traits, hobbies, and values. Following the date, she provided invaluable support, helping me prepare for the next match while keeping the experience lighthearted and enjoyable.

I have been working with Tayna from It's Just Lunch for over a year, and my experience has been exceptional. From the very beginning, Tayna has been incredibly responsive to my calls and always takes the time to listen to my feedback. It's been a great experience working with Bryana to find a good match for me. Always hard at my age to find a companion that works. Somethings getting someone who doesn't know you personally is the best method.

You asked me to review, you got it. Member since Summer 2023 and I've only been on three dates, none of which resulted in anything. Had I known a month earlier about Jigsaw dating events that started in my area, I wouldn't have signed up.

The model seems broken; who's paying $2,000 when there are apps which are a) free and b) have significantly more possibilities? Matchmakers are doing the best they can, but some don't seem to understand geography, especially when I was clear I wasn't interested in going to neighboring markets 2+ hours away. (One found me a gorgeous girl two hours past the hour I'd have to drive to get to my "local" market, but never followed up on if she'd be willing to meet halfway.)

After signing up for a 24 date package on Feb. 14,2023, I have consulted with seven match makers at one time or another and only now do I feel good about the attention I am getting. My most recent experience with Destinee is an uptick from what transpired earlier. She puts forth great effort and stays in contact better that what I had become accustomed to.

We met at 5 PM at PARC restaurant in Philadelphia. She was very nice and easy to talk to, We had many things in common but by the end of the date, we both decided to be friends instead of dating one another. We exchanged numbers and hopefully in the future we can meet up again for a friendly meal :)

I had Destinee as my personal dating coordinator. I have found her to be kind, & prompt on making plans for me. She is respectful to my requests, listens and receives feedback professionally. IJL needs people like her to contact their clients because she shows a caring personality! And gets dates done!

Stay clear! The service should be called It's Just A Waste Of Time And MONEY! It's a complete waste of time and money. Go on a nice vacation instead. You will have better luck on apps, which isn't saying much and is a very low bar. They sell you a bill of goods saying they have lots of potential matches and they don't. You tell them what you are looking for and they clearly don't care or listen. After I paid $3000 and had my second match, I found out that they are so desperate to find potential men, they offer a service to them for under $1000! It's illegal to charge women more money then men! Of course when they are selling you the service, they don't tell you this. Yes, I tried to get my money back and no luck! Giving them one star is being extremely generous of me. YUCK is all I can say!

I just want to recognize Amanda for all the hard work she has put in to finding me suitable people. She listens to what I say and has really impressed me with the people she has matched me up with. Kudos!

Bryanna makes me feel like I can ask her anything. She seems genuinely invested in my happiness. When i have a concern she talks me through it without telling me what to do, and we always END our conversations with a good laugh! It's wonderful to have someone like her in your corner :).

My Rep listened to me and found someone I could see myself getting to know better. She had all of the qualities I was looking for and more. Communication was amazing and I am just so excited to learn more about my date and see if she may be Mrs. Right! Even if she isn't I am excited that IJL set up such a wonderful experience for me and I feel confident that this experience is going to continue to deliver until I do meet Mrs. Right! Thank you IJL

My IJL experience has been great so far. It has really taken the stress out of dating. There's not the rigors and back and forth of online dating and meeting quality people. My matchmaker has been so kind and responsive. In addition to being open to any of my thoughts, opinions, and feelings. I would definitely recommend IJL.

Jaiye has been very attentive and as great communication with me for the dates. He has been very accurate with the selections and what we have discussed as being my type and what I looking for in a relationship. Looking forward to to see dates. Yes, elected for me in the future.

My matchmaker (Giscard) is great; informative, and always available.
My first 2 dates didn't pan out, but I patiently await my next; and hopefully my last. Wish the dates were available morde frequently, when 1 doesn't go as plannes.

Matchmaker Marina provided a very clear description of the proposed date's profile. The lady I met and I hit it off very well - this was certainly the person that I had been presented. This was certainly a good match. A very commendable introduction by Marina.

Eyrina and the IJL team did a great job picking my 1st match. I loved having the person pre-interviewed and screened for me and the venue reservations arranged for us. I'm looking forward to my next experience.

I've had two dates so far and both were enjoyable. I like the fact that my dating coaches are open to feedback, willing to listen and learn about my dreams and wishes.

When I contracted the service for the one I paid 5000 dollars I did it because I was looking something different that I have founded in the date apps, starting for best matches according to your expectations and is not that IJL gave me, in eight months I have only dated two times and I rejected two or three candidates because they were not physically my type also that I have never receive feedback or something that could help me to find a partner absolutely the worst service

I am very early in the process and Jaiye has been helpful. I would like follow up communication on dates to happen closer to the proximity of the dates. I will be able to communicate more after a few more dates. All arrangements that Jaiye have made on my behalf have worked out well.

I signed up with IJL about a year ago. Overall I am disappointed with my membership because I have not been able to find a potential partner. I signed up for the de luxe program and spend a lot of money. I have only been on 1 date and the few other times that I was interested in meeting someone the dates were cancelled last minute.
My matchmaker Amy was absolutely delightful. She really took the time to get to know me and I know that she did her best to find a good match for me.
The problem was however that there were no men in the network that I was even remotely interested in. That was the biggest disappointment for me in this whole experience.
I know though that Amy had my best interest at heart. I was extremely satisfied with her work.

Before joining It's Just Lunch, I had no problem getting in touch with someone - even on weekends - with any questions or concerns. Now that I'm a member, it's almost impossible to get a response from anybody. I've been on one date since I joined (two months ago). I can't get any feedback or new prospects - just no response. I'm feeling like I've been scammed.
