Things are moving nicely. I have been thru the beginning process and on my first date. My advisor is very pleasant and helpful. The first date went well my date was a very nice man and we had a great conversation. I look forward to meeting more suitable gentlemen and having fun.

I have been dealing with It's Just Lunch since June 2020, signing up with a 12 date or 12 month (which ever comes last) deal. Well it has been 3 1/2 years and I still haven't got the 12 dates. There are plenty of singles out there yet this company can't seem to find just 12 between the ages of 58-68 in 3 years. When they do find a so called match, it's typically outside the age group in my profile. They use zero psychology in making matches.

This company is a scam. I signed on Jan 6,2022 and after two months I haven't date with anyone! The quality of guys seems so low. Theft showed me one profile and I didn't like the guy. I explained one more time, and second was better, but still not even close to what I expected. Since that haven't heard from anyone. Calls, emails. Finally talk to VP and she said there is no way to refund! But I don't understand what kind of scam is that? Just taking people money and don't even provide with a service? Definitely someone has to stop them. Just lost $4900! Be aware

Tanya, my "advisor", felt more like an old friend much more than someone who I just met - she was kind, funny, and made me feel safe to really talk about myself and where I was in life. She definitely has a gift of knowing what her clients are seeking, even if the client can not express it in a nutshell!

I was impressed with the first customer service person I spoke with when I contacted IJL. He responded very quickly, was warm and personal, encouraging, and professional. He immediately connected me to my matchmaker, Tricia, who has also been wonderful. From her first call she has been warm, kind, encouraging, and professional. I feel that she is truly invested in helping me find my life partner. I've tried tried two other dating services and IJL far exceeds them both.

Although my experience in having Perla as my matchmaker has been brief (one match so far), I felt it was positive. She was very prompt and kept me up to date. My date did not work out as well as I may have wanted but I think we are moving in the right direction

Marina has been a pleasure to deal with. She's diligent in arranging for my dates and is always quick to call back and discuss after my dates, listening to my feedback and advise where I need.

I paid full price plus they suggested that I get a consultant with add the fee of course and I will get consultations at least three times. As soon as I paid. One-time consultant only. The sad part is they give the last match was an 80-year-old can who barely walk. It's not only I lost thousands of dollars to pay the fee I basically got insulted too. I will recommend to men and women to keep their money and go to regular dating sites with low fees and have more chances to meet regular guys/women. In Just Lunch just another matches site that is no different from other online dating except for the expensive fees they claimed with professional dating couches but instead, they have a bunch of people with no skills to just match you with anyone. It's a joke! Keep your money and don't waste your time!

Save your money this organization is a joke… they make promises… take your money then toss random "dates" your way… there is no matchmaking going on here… and if you're unhappy too bad for u… any question or concern i had was simply ignored… and good luck getting anywhere with an 800# and a few e-mail addresses… fraudulent bordering on criminal business practices and yes they have been sued…

If I could give a zero rating I would. Please don't learn a hard lesson like I did. AVOID this scam.
They tell you about all the quality men they can fix you up with and act like they are going to match you to someone with your criteria.
I went on 3 Zoom dates and one in person date that I would not fix my worst enemy up with. Unattractive, poor quality men. All of them. If I had seen their pictures ahead of time, it would have been a quick elimination. Meeting them, REALLY sealed the deal. Just awful.
No refunds for poor service. Just talking points they had rehearsed and lip service. 2300. 00 down the drain. BEWARE.

Genie took the time to truly understand what I am looking for in a life partner and matched me up with someone who was a very good fit. We decided not to move forward for other reasons but I definitely am so grateful I went through this process and had Genie as my matchmaker. Any fears or concerns I had about this process are now gone and I'm actually super excited about my next date! YAY!

My dating experience with my matchmaker has been great. She checks in every week to let me know what's going on. I'm able to talk to her about dates and give specific details on what I liked and didn't like. She takes that feedback and finds a better match for me. I've met some really good men.

Anita is a great matchmaker because she is extremely attentive, reads written feedback carefully, listens closely, and definitely incorporates feedback as she works with me on dates. I could not ask for someone more committed to figuring me out and finding me the best matches she possibly can, and she's already found me a great one! I appreciate her expertise!

For the most part, it has exceeded expectation. Debra tailors the dates and is good on finding solid matches. The planning is easy. The pace of dates is appropriate.
My advice is to tell each participant where their match lives. I found two women who live more that an hour away. And women, in my experience, want a local person in relation to them. This chalks up as a one time date.

I signed up almost 5 months ago and I was promised 6 dates that matched my criteria. I went on 2 dates because the "dating coach" begged me to be open minded even though neither person met my criteria. The sales people will strong arm you into paying a HUGE fee to join and then totally drop you. I have called, emailed (several people in the company) and cannot even get a response from anyone. Unfortunately, they have my money and have disappeared. One of the dates I went on was not even a member. He told me that someone called him randomly and was sent my photo to go on a date. The lack of professionalism, lack of integrity as well as customer service it appalling! Plus, they are down right liars. BEWARE! I highly recommend to stay away from these thieves! They currently have settled a huge class action lawsuit and I am getting in touch with an attorney to sue them as well!

Have met a number of nice ladies. Debra has worked hard to make good matches for me. Her job is not easy, especially for my age group of seniors. By this stage of our lives, our patterns, circle of friends and associates is typically well established. This reality makes matching more difficult. Debra has been very accommodating and spent the time needed to get to know me as a person so that she could make better choices for my introductions.
