I have been pleasantly satisfied with the quality clientele. Tanya matched me perfectly with what I was looking for in a partner. The locations of our dates were better than I could've thought of by myself.

Genie is down to earth and really easy to talk to. She really gets me and understands what I want. I feel like she's another girl I can depend on to talk about boys with and become a better person for my next relationship. I can't wait to see where this goes!

I did IJL before, like 10 years ago and it wa great. This time around has been horrible, they really have had a downfall. I have been through countless matchmakers, every one of them sucks. Their communication is horrible, if a matchmaker quits, it takes them several weeks to contact you with your next matchmaker. They had the worst time finding me matches even when I took away all the parameters. They truly suck and should be ashamed of themselves as a business.

Snatch and grab that credit card #. 14 months after taking my $; One dud date. My wing gal is a flightless emu working in a black hole; no where to be found and no internet access to get emails. Previous used car sales people one would imagine. It is an expensive "learning course". I will frame and display the credit card receipt as a diploma. I believe that's that amount of results I will receive. So dishonorable of a company to pray on the broken hearts of people trying to find love.

I'm new to IJL and have gone on one date so far. I was very disappointed with the person I was matched with. I am not sure what criteria is being used for matching, since they don't ask too many questions and don't ask some key ones that I think are important for a successful match. I wonder if there are a good sample of potential matches to select from since my next match is at the top of my age range. While I'm happy to not have to be on dating sites and weeding through fake profiles and sleazy come ons, I'm not sure this service is worth the expense. The people at IJL that I've talked to have been great, but so far I'm wondering if I just wasted a ton of money and am wishing they had a better refund policy.

Working with Genie has been a breeze…she really listens to what I say and cares. I am very happy and lucky to have Genie to assist in my search of finding my partner. So far it has been a great adventure and I look forward to what is to come. Thank you IJL!

Tanya is my Matchmaker and she made a perfect match for me. She clearly had a good understanding of my profile because the man she set me up with was perfectly compatible. We had a wonderful time talking and laughing. I never had such chemistry with someone on any internet dating site.

My dating experience with my matchmaker Marina has been great. We connect via email and phone regularly to fine tune my date search and incorporate any feedback from recent dates. Marina works hard to find matches that meet my preferences and at the same time encourages me to consider curated matches that she feels have potential. IJL has taken a lot of the stress out of dating which I very much appreciate!

Jaiye is my Executive Matchmaker and he is great! I've just begun working with him, but I can tell he'll be attentive to my dating preferences. His communication process is much better than the efforts I had to take while on Match.com. The one date I've been on so far was really nice and the next date I'm going on tomorrow also looks good. Jaiye is willing to tailor my dating profile so that the dates he or his colleagues find are best suited to me. I'm looking forward to working with Jaiye.

I agree with a lot of the reviewers, they do take your money and then... you are at their mercy. They tell you how many people they could match you with right then... and those people magically disappear when you pay them. It appears to be a numbers game as well, a lot more men than women, I think we all know what happens then. It really is sad how they say they care and then they just throw someone at you of which you have NOTHING in common. Maybe a class action law suit would get their attentin

I was at first with another web site, to find my ideal match, but was so disappointed.
I saw people who were in no way compatible professionally with me or my qualifications. On line dating sites also left me wondering if there was any thing real with these people who were looking for their: soul mates"
Some of these encounters are best relegated to the past. With ijl, especially "the Luxe division", all experiences were somehow so relaxed. There was an element of counseling after dates, and feed back, that I got from my dating coaches, that i had so craved, but i finally had. My experience with my local rep was informative and pleasant, and lead to some awesome photos.
Although I have not been matched yet with my partner, I remain optimistic, that IJL will find me my perfect match, and get me closer to my goals of finding the right fit for my quirky, fun, yet serious and independent personality.

Bryanna carefully listened and understood my unique situation, reviewed my account details, provided empathy and explained clearly the real terms and conditions of my contract, specifically with regards to matches, which I wish I received up front. Overall, the conversation was enlightening and a positive experience, and it sounds like she is able to point me in the right direction to provide some form of resolution or rectify the situation.

Stay away. They only care about collecting your money. After that it's all smoke and mirrors. They promise 24 dates within 12 months. They will literally send you anything to fulfill their contractual obligation. They do not care what you want and /or like. It's all to justify not providing a refund. Stay away. Disgusting people.

Dating today can be challenging, especially for mature daters. I selected IJL because I wanted a more selective experience over swiping. Working with Tanya has been a pleasure. She is getting to know me and with each date, through feedback and conversation, she is fine tuning my dating experience. I appreciate that and know we are on the right track!

Please do not let them tell you "you can get out after 3 dates". I am not happy with the amount of effort I have to put in to get a date/rescheduled date. There appears to be a high no show rate. I definitely wish I never purchased these services.

My experience with IJL has been interesting. My matchmaker seems to genuinely care and hear what i am stating. Jaiye is attentive and professional, he never makes you feel like a bother and genuinely cares about finding the right match for you!

Kenia is a great help in getting quality dates. She was involved and listened to my needs. Since she became my matchmaker my experience has been very enjoyable. I finally am dating the people I have wanted to. Southern California area.

Poor customer service. I served them. Worked on their time frame, their availability. I'm west coast, they were east coast. They no showed on scheduled calls and had no interest in making a match. I met two people in eight months. A total scam and waste of time and money. DON'T DO IT!

I've had a very good experience with Kayla my matchmaker with Luxe. She has incredible customer service, a great personality, is authentic and a good listener. She has fun with me too. I'd love to just hang with her like I would with any of my friends.

As with anything some matches are better than others but the quality of the men has always been on point. My latest match is fantastic!

My matchmaker, Missy, is one of the nicest and most pleasurable people I have ever met and spoken to. She really listens to me and is able to pinpoint my dates with much accuracy. There is a lot of guess work when doing online dating. IJL take the time to understand the person that you are, and make match choices based on their experience. It really takes a lot of wasted time out of the equation.

Partnering with Patricia at It's Just Lunch has been a really good experience. She is really great at listening to my feedback on dates, providing her insight on dates, and then applying both of them into the dating process. She is also really awesome at providing encouragement and suggestions for future dates.

I am new to the it's just lunch experience, having just one introductory date thus far, and several points of contact with the matchmaker. Things are about as I expected, and I am interested to see how the follow up conversations go towards the quality and quantity of future matches.
