I have ITzsupport subscription and whenever I required any technical school help, be it massive or tiny, it's perpetually been taken care of terribly quickly and accurately. I'm extremely happy with their service quality and would suggest their services to everybody.

From The last year with ITzSupport i had two bad experiences however that is against 25 great experiences. Itzsupport are really working hard to make all customers satisfied and i agree with that. I have no concerns now and hope this will continue.

The Technicians could find and fix problems nobody else could. They also were very pleasant, patient and kind. With my multiple problems causing all the difficulties turned out to be my anti virus software, which was Avast & Mcafee. I don't have them anymore, thanks to My last technician from ITzSupport.

This takes a while so don't hurry. They are very patient. Max Gale worked on the services for me and I haven't used my computer yet but it does seem faster to me. I hope it clears up things and our computer keeps working like it is now.

I was very Leary in giving out my personal info and allowing someone access my computer. I even questioned the validity of the person whom I was talking to but I eventually came around. The tech I spoke with is Dominic Holmes. He kept his cool even though I'm sure he had to be saying to himself a few choice words, and he resolved the problem and I feel really guilty for giving him a hard time. You have to be careful... any how thanks Dominic for your help. I

I am so happy with the service. Henry & Lloyd were so very patient and helpful. They worked with me all day to fix my computer from a very bad virus. I would have never been able to save my computer without either one of them. Everyone I spoke with were so understanding and really put in the best effort to fix my many problems. Parker Wells was so patient, kind, and helpful in helping me to understand the difference between infections to my devices vs my network and how important it is to have them cleaned and maintained regularly to prevent virus, spyware, Trojan, etc from causing damage. Because I have very little knowledge of computers, I asked many questions and my Representative Austin, was very patient in answering all my questions. I am looking forward to having the program installed to protect me from the hackers that have contacted me before and left me unprotected from their attempts to hack all my information. I hope this is NOT the same type of scam. I will update my review after 30 days.

ITz support technician, Paul Smith, was extremely helpful. I am not technically inclined so he helped me through a number of things to correct on my compute and even taught me how to do some things I didn't know about. Paul was outstanding--ask for him!

I am using there services from 2 years. I am not computer savvy but when ever i have any problem, they have always help me out. Especially my personal technician max gale... he is such a sweet heart & wonderful technician. He calls me regulary to optimize the computer. Services are good as well as cost effective

Thomas and his tech team made me feel at ease, and have been professional and superb in their help with fixing all the things, so very wrong with my computer, and save my network. They were a joy to deal with and I wish them all things good in their continued success...

They state there is a virus and call to fix. How could they possibly know this if they didn't create it. Sad they prey on the elderly. I am recommending to post this scam to Facebook, contact the authorities and your congressman.

Many thanks to Lloyd and his team for getting me out of a frightening emergency situation. I thought I would be out of commission when a Trojan Horse attempted to take over my computer, but I was back up and running in very short order.

Eric was very patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge with a computer. He talked me through all steps I needed to take and verified I was following his directions. I would recommend him to others, especially to older people, as a very helpful person.

Eric lewis did a great job with securing my network and provided excellent customer service! I bought the 5 year security and the auto version and look forward to working with him in the years to come.

A pop up comes up on your computor saying you have a virus and you must call the number on the pop up. Then they SCAM you into $999.99 worth of crap security and support. Yes, this happened to my 87 year old mother. There is a special place in HELL for you people!
