They state there is a virus and call to fix. How could they possibly know this if they didn't create it. Sad they prey on the elderly. Parker Wells was very helpful in fixing my computer very through. I will save his information and call him back in the future with any other computer issues I have. You should do the same!
Other than a bad connection the people were nice and very helpful.

VERY EXPRESSIVE, CLEAR AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS PRESENTATION! Mr. Wells has a plesant personality which makes it easier for the customer and the tech to understand what is taking place in customer's computer. I dont usually find this type of temperment in other techs in past years. He made an otherwise unplesant, frustrating experience a little more eaiser to accept by his mannerisms.
