They state there is a virus and call to fix. How could they possibly know this if they didn't create it. Sad they prey on the elderly. Raul was very good at explaining things and did not get upset with me when I asked him to slow down. I'm old and listen slower. He was very patient even when I got upset. Henry did the technical work and was nice.

I was alerted to the fact that I had a trojan, after a window popped up, warning me of it, when I clicked on a Website. Kevin helped me to clear up the many hundreds of infections I had on my Dell laptop. He was helpful, courteous, and friendly. I recommend him highly!

I was very insecure about what could happen with my computer. Parker put my fears to rest. I found my computer was out of warranty and Parker helped me put it back into warranty. Thank you again, Parker. Have your number now look out.

Parker was extremely helpful and done an excellent job explaining the problem I was having. Kind and patient with me. He is extremely knowledgeable in the software & how to fix the problem and computer issue.

Tech Loyd worked on my computer who did the clean up. He was so good and professional in the way he handled my computer problem. I am very satisfied with the work he did on my computer. He was the best tech i ever worked with.

He work with me over a hour but he DID IT. Give him a $50.00 tip please. I was very satisfied with him he didt give up on me I missed up and he did not get upset. The man just keep work. He made me very happy. He made a impossible job real. I need this for my church thank you so much.

I am very happy with Nicholas's work and patience in listening to my problems. I was desparate when my computer stopped functioning and Nicholas was able to solve the problems and get it back in working order. This saved my sanity since I am a teacher wowrking on the end of year grades.

The experience I had with Itz was nothing less than an efficient and effective fix to the computer problems I had. The technicians were all extremely helpful in resolving the issues and gave me the support, suggestions, and expertise that I lacked. I would recommend others to ITZ

This service has been wonderful I really appreciate all of their hard work and support I am thankful for them Kevin was my tech and he was so very helpful and patient he got my computer up and running in no time and he fixed all of my problems

HENRY WAS VERY HELPFUL, VERY CONSIDERATE OF A 75 YEAR OLD NON-TECHNICAL LADY WHO WAS READY TO THROW MY PC OUT OF THE WINDOW! 1 HE WAS VERY NICE AND SHOULD BE REWARDED FOR HIS ATTITUDE. I WAS NOT AN EASY FIX! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Everyone be careful! They shoot a pop-up window and ask you to call, and imply that they are affiliated with Microsoft/Windows. They are a THIRD PARTY and they are NOT affiliated with Microsoft. They will ask to take control of your computer and inevitably say there's a virus. They will suggest you need to take immediate action and get you to buy into a subscription of their "product," which at best will do nothing and at worst be full of malware and spyware. On top of that, it's ridiculously expensive.

I worked with Marshall for a very long time trying to figure out what was going on with my computer. He was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. He was able to help remedy the issues and got my computer back up and going. HE SAVED THE DAY!

Eric Lewis was excelent he provided awesome service very profecional frindley and really great will recomend him to anyone that needs help with their computer he is really patient with customers.he really knows how to work and make his customers fill safe and secure wonderful empleyee.

WAS VERY THOROUGH WITH THE EXPLANATION OF WHAT HE WAS GOING TO INSTALL IN MY PC TO FIX PROBLEMS THAT i HAD NO IDEA WAS HAVING. ASK FOR KEVIN AS HE'S THE BEST TECHNICIAN. HE FOLLOWS THROUGH AT THE END OF HIS SUPPORT. THANK YOU KEVIN!;-}

My mother in her 60s was taken advantage of for $379 for services she did not need.
She clicked on a deceptive pop-up window and called believing there was a security threat to her computer. She was lead to believe she needed their services and signed an agreement for a year and gave them remote access to her computer. Nicholos Johnson you should be ashamed for taking advantage of someone who was clearly unaware you were selling her something she did not need. I uninstalled everything they added, scanned for viruses and luckily there was nothing. They are a THIRD PARTY - NOT Microsoft. They also go by TG PC Tech, Swami Internationals. They have ignored my attempt to contact them directly for a refund, so now I have to escalate to complaints with BBB and Credit Card Company. I have already alerted Microsoft. Don't fall for this pop-up!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use ITZSupport/TG PC Tech.

This company is a SCAM! They use scam websites that throw up a message that says that you have an infection and that it needs to be resolved immediately and to call Microsoft. The number mysteriously calls someone who says they are authorized by Microsoft but they are not. Anyone who knows better knows damn well they are not. They have NO fee structure and charge whatever they think they can swindle out of the sucker on the phone! The FTC is investigating them. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY! IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM CALL YOU CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK AND REPORT THIS AS FRAUD!

THIS WAS A VERY DIFFICULT DAY FOR ME. I AM 78 YRS OLD AND FOUND OUT THAT I HAD BEEN HACKED, WITH NO COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, AND NO WAY TO PAY FOR COMPUTER REPAIRS. I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO REACH AUSTIN WILLIAMS, WHO EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HAD HAPPENED, AND HOW I WAS GOING TO FIX IT. AUSTIN WAS VERY KIND AND PATIENT WITH ME, AND HE IS ONE OF THE BEST TECHNICAL 3 HELPERS IN YOUR COMPANY.
