When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.

I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.

IVisa is a scam and will steal your money.

I paid $200+ for an expedited Australia ETA and never received it.

We filled out all forms send to us and got an "approval" email only to get to the airport to discover it was a passenger incoming traveler form (something we didn't need)… not the expedited ETA. We almost missed our flight because of this.

We also found out at the airport the official ETA approval process only takes 30 mins and there was no need for an "expedited ETA" approval process at all. The iVisas advertisement literally was a scam to make you pay a bunch of unneeded money.

I have tried emailing with iVisa the last month and they are refusing to refund me because they said they sent the passenger form… so I received "a document". Also each time they email back I get a different story or reason they will not refund me.

Seriously they will just steal your money and not provide the correct form. Don't use this service… it is a scam.

I have never written a negative review for anything, it has never been worth the time and effort to do so. However, I would take the time and energy to write on every website possible warning people to not use this company. I am wondering if the company does not block negative reviews on other sites, there is no way more people are happy with their services as people are made to believe on other sites.
Bottom line- every service they provided us is free of charge through the US government. Do yourself a big favor and look to see what you really need and if you need help look elsewhere besides Visa.

Everything was very fast and efficient, I highly recommend it. During the process, I provided the required documentation and at all times iVisa contacted me to inform me that it had been received, and they were continuing with the process. At all times, they keep you informed, which is much appreciated. I requested an Indian visa on a Sunday and received it approved on a Wednesday (the average processing time was 5 days). So everything has gone very fast. Thank you!

Expedited service resulted in an email 5 days after paying almost $200 asking me if I had ever been a citizen of other countries. Note I submitted my own application and received my Australia visa 3 days before this email was sent to me. Do not waste your money. They only fill out forms and can not do anything you can't do yourself.

Avoid. They promised they could provide a prompt visa. Turns out they couldn't even complete the application successfully. I later found out from the immigration office that iVisa's claims are completely false.
Despite it being their failure and not providing what was promised, I only received a partial refund (stating "they had already put work in").

I requested a visa 40 days ago where they said "21 Days" Visa processing. Now they say to me that "Oh, we delayed your visa processing because we had problem to pay it". This is pure SCAM. Now they want to take me more money for have it in time for my trip. They behave exactly like scammers.

We traveled from US to Australia and realize that a $15 visa was recommended in a travel book a day before departure. The only option iVisa gave us was one for $200 each. It took them about 30 mins to provide. We Never had to present it in Australia. So totally ripped off!

I applied for my visa 2 months before my flight saying it will be processed in 10 days. Waited for 10 days and still no response. Spoke to the customer service team and was told that I had to wait for 30 Days. After 30 days, my visa has not come out. Customer service would take so $#*!ing long to reply at least 6hrs or even an entire day.

Even after replying to me they still would not fix the problem. I've paid $200+ for my visa. I'm so upset to be tricked by these scammers! I wish they could refund my money, because I too may have to cancel my travel plans to china because of these scammers!

Their excuse is always we need further information from you and keep on delaying time

After applying online for an Australian visa with some worries about the short notice, I received an email an hour later stating that my documents were not acceptable. I sent it again and within a couple of hours my visa was granted. I had an excellent experience with the service and recommend it highly, 10/10.

I applied to IVISa. I paid USD 111 to get a VIsA in rush and told them my flight is on 7 th November. It's 2 nd November today and they are asking me for documents. I am asking the agent to at-least give me receipt number of my application so that I can track my application, but they are not giving it to me. My friend applied through the government website directly later than me and she already has her VISA. My flight is on Tuesday and I still haven't got any legitimate answer.
It showed within 2 days of my applying with IVISA that my application is submitted to the government but later it showed after 2 weeks that it's not yet submitted to the government. Agents keep giving different answers and not giving me any proof that my application is submitted.
It's first time with them and I am highly disappointed. I should have just applied directly. It's cheaper and faster. They don't have good customer service.

They just make us wait for nothing and made us to lose $400 on flight ticket
I've applied for a Malaysian evisa for one of my closest friends. While applying they charged us $50 extra. With a promising time 5 days. Today it's 9th day and our flight going to depart in 4 hours which is non refundable. They took 5 days just to review by their visa specialist then submit it to Malaysian authority. No specific reply with e-mail. Just keep making us wait so long for nothing. They're just scammers

Complete scam. Issued photos in the wrong sized, based on the destination country, not the country of residence that issues the passport. Arrived late as well but I'm not even going to get into that.
Thought it was a simple error and reached out to get proper sized photos sent, was informed that since his computer showed the wrong size pics were ordered, the computer was right and somehow I was wrong and there would be absolutely no replacement photos or refund. Support rep clearly enjoyed refusing to own his mistakes or lift a finger to make them right. Does this sound like what you want to deal with when putting together a trip abroad?

I would give a zero star to this portal if there was an option. For all their ratings, we have been trying to reach someone who would give us a definite answer on the status of our daughter's visa which is long past 20 days. Neither do they tell us if there is something more required nor do they respond to phone calls. On top their charges are more than the normal visa charge. Would not recommend. Very very disappointed.
