When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.
I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.

I had a trip to Thailand with my wife and we were super confused on how to get the visa. It wasn't easy at all to find the information and we thought we were going to loose our money. For some reason these embassies lack somebody that speaks english and wants to genuinely help tourists. We tried calling different embassies just to get an idea of what we needed and sent messages through instagram with no success.
GFinally we found iVisa and decided as a last measure to try them out, and after contacting them they guided us through the process and made the whole thing a lot easier, specially the peace of mind of knowing we were not going to have to repurchase everything for a later date. Long story short, we got our visa and everything worked out

It's a SCAM
Absolutely terrible experience! I do not recommend applying for any visa with them. They promised me the processing time would be 6 business days so I planned and booked my trip accordingly. I ended up waiting 14 BUSINESS DAYS to get the visa! And I had to lose money canceling my flights. That's not even the worst part, the worst part is that they entered the visa information wrong and I received a different visa type altogether!
It was a horrible experience and an absolute waste of time and money. You are better off applying for a visa yourself.

I applied Australia evisitor visa by myself. I have British passport. Australian immigration took ages and never processed my application.
I contacted ivisa. They advised me to cancel existing application. I did so and Australian immigration took ten working days to cancel my application.
Then I applied again through ivisa and they got me visa in four days. All the time, they responded emails promptly. Within one hour, I got reply of my every email. Australian immigration asked for additional documents that I provided. Then ivisa ensured speedy processing of my e visitor visa. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

All went well with visa application with the exception of loading the passport image,,, that was a bit of a hassle but we managed it in the end.

They are charging for nothing, I applied for e-visa to Egypt ( I did not want to wait in line in airport) and they provided me with health declaration and said that I can obtain visa on arrival in airport! They refused to refund my money, in their reply that said that they are not providing e visa and only health declaration form

It was quite easy until the picture requirements. I understood the specifications required but failed to strictly adhere to them. It took me a few attempts before I could submit pictures that were acceptable. My misgiving is that I did not know what the status of my application was after the promised time period and had no notice that the first pictures I submitted did not meet requirements. After a week from submission, I had to inquire about the status of my application and it was only then that I found out that I had to resubmit pictures.

We paid on line for a Mexican entry visa. Which we could not use when we got to the Negales boarder crossing. So we had to pay again to enter Mexico.

Fail to get an appointment date after many, many requests and explaining my exact problem that I am leaving the country for my grandchild's birth in New Zealand and will not be here at a later stage.
The processing agent never came back to me after I was informed that my urgent request was forwarded to him/her.
I am at a stage where I will have to cancel my Trafalgar Tour because I have no visa and that only for asking for 5 days in Italy and total of 12 days in Schengen countries. This is the worst experience ever with applying for a visa.

Paid extra for their so called 15 day e-visa rush service. Stressed all the way to the day of my flight as I did not received my visa on time. Changed my flight for the following week and still no visa. They have no sense of urgency with something that is so time sensitive. All they would reply via email is "waiting on government approval" because they even refuse to talk on the phone. I reached out to that issuing government myself and was told visa application was denied and needed resubmission because of no travel medical insurance for covid even thought I provided this to iVIsa.com. Even with this evidence iVisa continued to reply they are waiting on government response and refuse to do nothing else. Extremely frustrating. Needless to day my entire vacation was ruined and wasn't able to travel loosing thousands in the process.

This is the first time I had the opportunity to renew my passport online. Whenever I do things online, i am concerned about not being able to successfully navigate the site as technology is not my strength. But, in this case the instructions were very clear and when I made a mistake, I was able to correct things pretty easily.
