When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.
I found the website and process to obtain a Visa quite simple. The website is user friendly and there are specific links to the region visiting to fully understand the requirements and restrictions. Although the submission warned that it could take days to weeks to fully process and provide the electronic Visa, I actually received an answer within hours. That made the use seamless. I appreciate the communication offering in text and email. I am thankful for the resources provided. And overall the cost is reasonable as designated by the destination named.
It was convenient but most unfortunately my nationality was wrong and I realised this on arrival Jakarta. It was to be Maldives but was issued favour Moldava.

Please avoid using this company for whatever reason. They are scamming people and sadly, I learned the hard way. I used this company to book an appointment for the Schengen visa at the German embassy in jamaica, according to them they would complete the form and book the appointment. After paying a fee of over $24,000JMD I kept getting messages that they need additional documents etc. I finally got a confirmation letter that the appointment was booked. After months of preparation, my appointment date had arrived, once I got to the Embassy I was told I have no appointment, my name is not on the list, they have no application form for me. They never even heard of me. I reached out to Ivisa, and they are going to tell me, Oh! The government rejected your application. You'll need to re-apply and they will refund me 20% of my money. I wish I could be more vocal and tell.my whole story, but I can only write so much. Take my advice and avoid using this company. All these positive reviews are robotics/ friends of theirs. Save your money. They are scamming people. Attached below are our whatsapp conversation, emails I received, payment I've made, confirmation letter I've received, and according to them email from the embassy in Jamaican canceling my appointment. People be vigilant, do your research. I'm a victim, learn from my mistake.

It is an efficient service and I wouldn't hesitate to use it again were I to travel to a country with arcane requirements for entry so that I wouldn't have to deal with the any Red Tape that might involve that I wouldn't know how to handle. However if one just needs and Electronic Travel Authority to go a short visit to Australia etc, then this service is very pricey. If I do it in again in the future, I will just go to the Australian tourist site and so it myself - also save myself 100 CAD in doing so.
