When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.
I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.
Excellent and efficient service. You may need to improve the loading of photos for both passport and normal photo.

Applied for a visa for ne and my daughter, applied 10 days out…in plenty if time, paid extra for fast track and an amount to minimise disruption at the destination point. No visa arrived by the stated travel dates… no visa, no travel. Out of pocket $10k dishonest rip off

The process was very simple and straight forward. L was given initial information to enable me to track the whole process. L was updated along all the phases and finally alerted by email at the end of the process and of course, ivisa document attached for my necessary usage.
The cost of the process was explained and made known to me. There were no hidden costs aside what was indicated at the beginning of the application process.
The website was user friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, my experience with iVisa application was smooth and seamless. Thank you

I paid $600 only to get an appointment close to two years from now. I agreed to pay such a high price because I thought they would do a better work than regular visa offices who charge $30 for the same service. Completely useless, iVisa is basically a call center that upcharges the regular visa appointments and if you notice, there is no place to write a review on their website, only the 5 star reviews they added themselves. They are a scam, dont fall for the same trap I did

We needed an urgent visa for India. The homepage was logically buildup and the transformation of the data was accurate.

This service sucks! They received our passports and visa application better than 6-weeks prior to departure - we never received the visa or our passports back. The keep sending bot messages asking if there is anything more we need, but never answering when we would get our visa's or our passports. This was a two stage trip via China so we had to cancel the China portion and redo our flights which cost a bunch of change fees. Then we were running our of time to get our passports back so we had to get new passports as a rush job - another $750 dollars out the window - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They lost or stole our passports!

The instructions should have said iVisa cannot get a Visa for you from Zimbabwe. Instead it charged me about $12 to register me with the embassy? I should have done my research first. You buy the Visa when you arrive and you need to bring cash. It's an entry fee.
