When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.
I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.
It did nothing I got nothing. I wasted my time I don't even know the point of it to be honest

Let me begin. I applied for a south Africa visa and that too a super rush delivery. Later after paying my money I realize that the super rush is their processing time not your actual day of getting your visa. Is that a joke. If I would have apply by the government website it just takes 30 minutes to upload and submit your application so what's is this 14 days processing time? Totally a waste, a company that is earning money based on attracting people on their false service, their service is totally bad. They are providing visa based on what it looks to me are for those countries where they issue visa very quickly even if you apply by their government site, like India, turkey etc.
Don't waste your money, I fall for the positive reviews that was posted on their site which they do that and I think may be these are bot generated that's why people only see the positive reviews.
I was a fool to trust this company so you don't do that.
Third their chat system omg it's so slow, and annoying because everytime you have to wait for so long to get a response.
My application was rejected reason unknown but I feel it would have been better if I would have apply via by the government website, and yes most importantly I got to know that south Africa evisa is free of charge, but this company charged me a government fee, hmm so that's too I don't know why.
They said they will return my money expect the government fee, but let see
Update: I went ahead and applied through the official website of evisa( South Africa) government website just to see how is the process though my plans are cancelled, I was not even charge a fee and I got the outcome today within 8 days. I wish I could upload the proof where I was not even charge a fee and I got my result within 8 days.
Most importantly I got a mail from the government saying that the proof of financial statement is invalid so my visa was rejected. It was so foolish of me to trust this company, when people are sitting at this company and say they check everything and then apply they couldn't even check or have any experience to know that if they don't apply certain documents correctly the visa might be reject. The fault was completely from their side that they didn't know the form of bank statement that I uploaded was invalid. First yes if I would have applied from the website also my visa would have been rejected but I won't have lost money and wait for two weeks to cancelled everything.
Update: I got my refund after so many days. I was refunded the processing fees.
