I applied for my 10 year visa to the states, the soonest I can get a appointment at the London Embassy is January 2024. This seems unacceptable in this day and age.
Being able to use a computer I found easy to apply, but for somebody older they could find it difficult.
Do not waste your money, they are scammers. They say you are getting a visa but they give you the form you will have to fill out anyway when you arrive at the country. It is intended to mislead you.
Waste of money - charged to tell me what I need for a visa and gave me a form - all of which is freely available online. They do not do the visa for the fee.

The site is friendly and easy to use. There was technical help along the way if I had questions. The Visa arrived in less than 48 hours. I would use again.
I applied for a visa one year ago and all was fine. My surprise was some days ago when they charged me 87€ on my card. I contacted them and they say that i have an annual subscription.!WHAT A SURPRISE! I didn't apply for the anual subscription and they don't send the money back. I read on the website that if you didn't use the service and you contact them in the 7 following days after they charge you, you have the right to get the money back, but they didn't tell me when i spoke with them on whatsapp. I wrote an email and they ask me to contact on whatsapp because they don't have available agents to respond me.
After posting two reviews very upset by the situation and afraid that i would have to cancel my credit card, a guy called Alonso contacted me and he solved everything and they have sent my money back. All was very quickly after my reviews, so now i see that they won't be charging me continuously with the annual subscription or anything else, and i can trust them again, i was very worried.
I didn't get a response that clearly shows that I can enter Australia, I have a police record and was turned around 3-4 yrs ago,
I need clarification on this subject as well as the correct paper work if I don't have.
After 2 1/2hrs of sweating and almost tears (after working a 12hr shift from 8am to 8pm) on another site Visa site. I gave up! A friend mentioned this site. So I looked it up the same night and was able to complete my application in no time. I paid for it. I gave additional information and in 2 to 3days. I received my Visa! I was so happy and excited! It is complicated because, since you need the visa only for a stopover at Canadian airports, it does not allow you to inform about the different days and stopovers you make in 1 week within Canadá.

They refused to accept my photo as is, I did not want it for government purposes. When I requested a refund, they declined to give me a full refund even though I was given no product.

I don't even know where to begin, as I just had to cancel my dream trip to India.
I had to reschedule my flight twice already waiting on their "Super Rush" service that guarantees 36 hours, but you know what you get at the 36th hour? An email that says, "Oh, sorry for the delay; it's taking longer than we thought." Then what do you get at the 56th hour? An email that says, "for no apparent reason, your visa is rejected. Sorry." Oh, let me mention what you get when you text them and email them as you wait on the edge of your seat because your flight is leaving in like 40 hours, 30 hours, 20 hours... and 8,6, and 4 hours...? Every single attempt to get in touch with them - first of all, their online agent WILL take their time, trust me. I fell asleep while waiting for their response. And the responses you get? Canned responses. I had to email them, "please do not send me another canned response. Just tell me what's happening."
Please. Do. Not. Use. This.
Different governments have a MUCH safer and faster service than these questionable brokers (I don't even know they are located). Quite frankly, you are giving them A LOT of confidential information. Just don't. Their website only features some 5-star reviews (I have no clue where they come from), and that's how I got scammed.
