Scam!

Claims to assist with Japan visas but only issues health declarations. Won't provide refunds since they put time into this useless health declaration that has nothing to do with the visa. Misleading company, avoid!

Quick enough, well coordinated

Online ordering is easy; finding the right photo for the requirements is tricky. The video only helped for scanning passport, not for suggestions on what shots to send. So there was some confusion about your requirements. Also, you can't really edit anything after it's sent back to iVisa. So you don't know (until it's rejected or more information sought) what's wrong with photos.

Ok company to deal with.

I applied for 2 visas for Indonesia and got them very quickly. There was a slight mistake and over payment but after discussing with them, I got a refund. I recommend you apply for a visa a couple of weeks before you travel so that any mistakes can be rectified then. Happy enough to order again.

Amazing experience

This was my first time using a third-party service to apply for a visa, and I must say, it was an excellent experience! They handled everything for me, and I received my visa via email without any hassle.

Whenever I had questions, I reached out to them through WhatsApp, and their team was incredibly responsive. They were not only kind but also super helpful, I mean, who would have thought they'd reply promptly at 3 AM?

Overall, I'm really impressed with their service, and I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

I entered a 20% coupon - which said it would apply to the purchase yet it didn't. I emailed the company on multiple occasions requesting the 20% reimbursement and still have not received a response (been 2 weeks). I also paid extra for 'expert editing' however - I just received a letter from the consulate indicating the photos as provided by iVisa are not acceptable. I have emailed Ivisa again and still no response. Very unhappy customer. Be wary - customer service is (from my experience) terrible or non-existent. Very disappointed.

iVisa attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

The Brazilian consulate was very strict with photos which held up our approval,,,,I am a retired airline employee, so I don't get a confirmed seat, they kept requesting a reservation,even though we had a confirmed cruise leaving Brazil….we finally got it thanks to all the folks at ivisa….😎

Bali visa application

Process was pretty straightforward and Visa granted shortly afterwards.

Although I must say i was rather irritated by the follow up similar application forms that kept being sent for completion in spite of my visa already granted.
