When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.
I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.
Very please with service, very quick. Made a mistake on photo size, got an email to correct size, resend and had no issues. All was done with the 3 days and received visa with no issue. Excellent service.

Being able to use a computer I found easy to apply, but for somebody older they could find it difficult.

I applied for 2 visas for Indonesia and got them very quickly. There was a slight mistake and over payment but after discussing with them, I got a refund. I recommend you apply for a visa a couple of weeks before you travel so that any mistakes can be rectified then. Happy enough to order again.

As a 73 year old,I found completeing the visa tricky,and doing it on my phone was a bad idea.Also I left it a little late doing it as I was acting on an [mpulse to visit Tiruvannamali and the Ramana Maharshi Ashram.So I asked a young friend to sort out the photo needed.Everything else was straight foward and i recieved your approval after 3days which was great The travel agent printed the visa off which was a good idea.The immigration officers at Chennai thought I should have prebooked accomodation in Tiruvannamali,when I told them I would find somewhere to stay once there they thought I was a bit mad,but granted me entry obviously...Hope this helps you,it was super hot and humid,as expected but worth every minute.The Tamils where wonderful

The Ivisa was not working - i didnt get an Document - at the Imigrasi in DPS they told me Ivisa is a scam. I just got the Declaration Qr but that is for free - so i pay for this 31€ and have to pay another 31€ at the Imigrasi one more time. Sorry Ivisa - it didnt work out for Indonesia.

Online ordering is easy; finding the right photo for the requirements is tricky. The video only helped for scanning passport, not for suggestions on what shots to send. So there was some confusion about your requirements. Also, you can't really edit anything after it's sent back to iVisa. So you don't know (until it's rejected or more information sought) what's wrong with photos.

I lost more than 1,600 US dollars due to what was supposed to be an entry visa issued through you. You were supposed to have communicated with the Malaysian government, but they detained us because of it.

Not only was the UI excellent - clear, and with the right amount of information on each page - but it was also only asking for relevant information. There were no glitches and it loaded well. It was very easy to upload the needed supporting documents, again something that is not always the case. And finally, hats off to the chatbot, which I used to ask if my application, which had been made quite late (only 3 days before travel) would be approved in time. The chatbot was able to refer to my travel date and confirm that my ETA would be approved in time. Excellent job everyone.
