When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.
I found the website and process to obtain a Visa quite simple. The website is user friendly and there are specific links to the region visiting to fully understand the requirements and restrictions. Although the submission warned that it could take days to weeks to fully process and provide the electronic Visa, I actually received an answer within hours. That made the use seamless. I appreciate the communication offering in text and email. I am thankful for the resources provided. And overall the cost is reasonable as designated by the destination named.
The downloading of my passport was a bit of a pain but iVisa was very patient with me so I appreciated that. I've used iVisa before when I went to Vietnam. I'm just disappointed that the processing fee is overpriced this time.

As a 73 year old,I found completeing the visa tricky,and doing it on my phone was a bad idea.Also I left it a little late doing it as I was acting on an [mpulse to visit Tiruvannamali and the Ramana Maharshi Ashram.So I asked a young friend to sort out the photo needed.Everything else was straight foward and i recieved your approval after 3days which was great The travel agent printed the visa off which was a good idea.The immigration officers at Chennai thought I should have prebooked accomodation in Tiruvannamali,when I told them I would find somewhere to stay once there they thought I was a bit mad,but granted me entry obviously...Hope this helps you,it was super hot and humid,as expected but worth every minute.The Tamils where wonderful

I received a visa for New Zealand with no problems.My visa for Australia is in limbo.It is absolutely impossible to take a photo as requested.There s complete lack of communication. I would not recommend IVisa.

On the first page I got the information that the price per person is 25,01 €, on the last page I found out that the total cost for two persons is not 50,02 but 107,81€. I don`t mind to pay a service charge, however it should be made clear in the beginning.
I have no problem with the total price as it is a easy and quick way to get the Visa document.

It was quite easy until the picture requirements. I understood the specifications required but failed to strictly adhere to them. It took me a few attempts before I could submit pictures that were acceptable. My misgiving is that I did not know what the status of my application was after the promised time period and had no notice that the first pictures I submitted did not meet requirements. After a week from submission, I had to inquire about the status of my application and it was only then that I found out that I had to resubmit pictures.

I found this very challenging to do with the phone as there were shadows and reflections inevitably indoors due to lighting and therefore I had to go to a friend's house to scan the passport and email it for approval.

I'm submitting an visa for travel next month and did it several months in advance. They have recieved so many documents from me, many of them several times that some are out of date, to which I've submitted again and again.
The iVisa service is 100% a scam. I run several businesses with a turnover of 50M+ and iVisa is 100% scaming people, making it feel like it's your documents or ability to complete their form that is the issue. Threatening legal action against them does nothing, you can't get them on the phone and their 'instant chat' is slower than email - to which their canned responses are obnoxious.
Do yourself a favour, save 10's of hours and do not use this service!

Fail to get an appointment date after many, many requests and explaining my exact problem that I am leaving the country for my grandchild's birth in New Zealand and will not be here at a later stage.
The processing agent never came back to me after I was informed that my urgent request was forwarded to him/her.
I am at a stage where I will have to cancel my Trafalgar Tour because I have no visa and that only for asking for 5 days in Italy and total of 12 days in Schengen countries. This is the worst experience ever with applying for a visa.

I completed my visa application for my March trip in December, and honestly, I was nervous about doing that but didnt realize that it wouldnt be submitted right away until after Id filled everything out & paid for it. But, Ivisa checked over my information (to make sure it was complete) & kept it on file until 30 days before my trip. They submitted it when they said they would and confirmed it by sending me an email. I received my Visa THE NEXT DAY! In all of my interactions with ivisa staff, they were courteous professionals (resolving issues, reassuring me that the application Id submitted was complete & would be submitted on time). Ill definitely use them again! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a visa!

This is the first time I had the opportunity to renew my passport online. Whenever I do things online, i am concerned about not being able to successfully navigate the site as technology is not my strength. But, in this case the instructions were very clear and when I made a mistake, I was able to correct things pretty easily. I was very happy to see the packet come in the mail ready to be sent for my passport renewal.

This company pulled up when I typed Turkey visa and because I was flying the same day, it didn't give me any option but to super rush my visa and charged me 10x the amount. The government website issued the same visa in 15 minutes. They are scamming people into believing they need their 'super rush' services.

We paid on line for a Mexican entry visa. Which we could not use when we got to the Negales boarder crossing. So we had to pay again to enter Mexico.

The Ivisa was not working - i didnt get an Document - at the Imigrasi in DPS they told me Ivisa is a scam. I just got the Declaration Qr but that is for free - so i pay for this 31€ and have to pay another 31€ at the Imigrasi one more time. Sorry Ivisa - it didnt work out for Indonesia.

I was hesitant at first, as I wasn't sure this site was legit. Mostly due to the fact that I assumed VISAs were more government affiliated and the site did not reflect it but based on other reviews I decided to try it and it was very user friendly. Two months ago (November) I payed iVias for a visa to Brazil, I was told they would not send it until two weeks before my arrival date (February 7). Because it would expire if sent sooner.
Earlier this month I was inform by iVias that Brazil has postponed the visa requirement until April. I contacted iVias for a refund and was informed via chat that I would get a response within a hour.
Seven hours have passed and I have not received a response.

I've been rejected on date 15 dec because of my fourth name wasn't in the visa!
Then i change my fly date to 18 dec to apply for new visa, I paid extra charge for me and for my relative who was with me even hotels I lost my booking
At the same time on 15 dec 11:30 am I spoke with the agent in iVisa and told him about my issue, then he start asking me questions regarding the tickets and many things but they was delayed in reply and after 12 hours in midnight they ask me for the flight number!
They where very late in reply and I spent one full day just to answer the questions
