When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.
I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.

I found this very challenging to do with the phone as there were shadows and reflections inevitably indoors due to lighting and therefore I had to go to a friend's house to scan the passport and email it for approval.

I was hesitant at first, as I wasn't sure this site was legit. Mostly due to the fact that I assumed VISAs were more government affiliated and the site did not reflect it but based on other reviews I decided to try it and it was very user friendly. I got my visas very quickly, haven't had to use it yet but we will see how it goes when the time comes.

In last couple of years it is necessary to get a visa to visit Inodnesia (before covid it was not neccessary) and I tried to get it through official govermental web page. Last year I succeeded, while this year after 6-7 unsuccessful attempts I went to iVisa and got it from the first attempt.
Of course you have to pay for the service, but the service is good (and worthy of the price).

Claims to assist with Japan visas but only issues health declarations. Won't provide refunds since they put time into this useless health declaration that has nothing to do with the visa. Misleading company, avoid!

Two months ago (November) I payed iVias for a visa to Brazil, I was told they would not send it until two weeks before my arrival date (February 7). Because it would expire if sent sooner.
Earlier this month I was inform by iVias that Brazil has postponed the visa requirement until April. I contacted iVias for a refund and was informed via chat that I would get a response within a hour.
Seven hours have passed and I have not received a response.

I entered a 20% coupon - which said it would apply to the purchase yet it didn't. I emailed the company on multiple occasions requesting the 20% reimbursement and still have not received a response (been 2 weeks). I also paid extra for 'expert editing' however - I just received a letter from the consulate indicating the photos as provided by iVisa are not acceptable. I have emailed Ivisa again and still no response. Very unhappy customer. Be wary - customer service is (from my experience) terrible or non-existent. Very disappointed.

This was my first time using a third-party service to apply for a visa, and I must say, it was an excellent experience! They handled everything for me, and I received my visa via email without any hassle.
Whenever I had questions, I reached out to them through WhatsApp, and their team was incredibly responsive. They were not only kind but also super helpful, I mean, who would have thought they'd reply promptly at 3 AM?

The lady at the immigration counter was very patient and kind as I was slow to fill out the form online. I did not have Wi-Fi. Perhaps a reminder from the Air Malaysia crew to make sure passengers fill out the form would be in order. Otherwise, it was fast...after the 45min wait in line.

I had an absolute urgent need to rush to Australia at last minute and you always need a Visa.
With iVisa, I got served promptly. Off course the Country of your passport helps or can be decisive in the process. And if you have an Invitation letter, Always submit it via Email. Because holiday makers with an temptation to stay in Australia will not be accommodated for tourist / business Visa on short term.
