When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.
I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.
We needed a Saudi Arabia visa for our honeymoon trip and the embassies were not helpful at all. 2 weeks before the trip we were not able to get a straight answer or any help from them to get the visa. We had purchased everything for the trip already and no answer. We decided to try iVisa out and I definitely had my doubts, but I was desperate. After purchasing the visa with them I contacted support and they helped me out through the process. Long story short we were able to travel and had our honey moon trip not be a total disaster thanks to them! Would highly recommend if you are seeking for peace of mind and a hassle free trip!

Wedding missed, trip canceled, took 40+ days to "review" application, additional hidden fees, customer services is not helping to solve the issue. If I knew how bad everything Ivisa is I would just do it myself, don't waste your money. There are so many bot reviews but this one is real. Don't do it. I am not the person usually who writes reviews but this is just the worst experience I have ever had.

Usually I never give a one-star review but I did completely waste $90 on this service! I advise everyone to be extra careful in signing up. It ended up that I didn't need this service, and when I emailed to cancel, they would not refund. Also, I never even got the information I paid for until after my flight!

I've been rejected on date 15 dec because of my fourth name wasn't in the visa!
Then i change my fly date to 18 dec to apply for new visa, I paid extra charge for me and for my relative who was with me even hotels I lost my booking
At the same time on 15 dec 11:30 am I spoke with the agent in iVisa and told him about my issue, then he start asking me questions regarding the tickets and many things but they was delayed in reply and after 12 hours in midnight they ask me for the flight number!
They where very late in reply and I spent one full day just to answer the questions

This company is close to a Scam. If I could give a no star I would.
I used them to apply for a visa to uganda. First they needed a new passport page, which I submitted. After 3 days they asked for a yellow fever card saying it was missing when indeed I had attached it.
And on the day of travel, they tell me I needed a consent and letter of approval for my daughters custody.
Mind you all these were not indicated in the beginning. I would have attached it.
The visa costs 50 dollars but they charged me 122 dollars.
They kept delaying asking for documentation until I had to pay for a visa on arrival.
They are scam, out to take your money. Please please don't use them.

The team was very responsive and constantly interacted with me throughout the process. At the beginning the process seemed to be falling behind schedule, due to multiple requests for additional information, precious days were lost. As my deadline approached, I began to feel somewhat skeptical. To my great surprise, before the deadline, I received my visa. This was a very good performance by iVisa.

Shocking service. Totally incompetent. Bombarded with emails requesting irrelevant / previously provided information and still unable to even complete the application form correctly. Very straightforward visa for one week holiday required but trip has now had to be cancelled. Too many things gone wrong to mention but whole process has been very stressful and expensive. Do yourself a favour and do it yourself.

The downloading of my passport was a bit of a pain but iVisa was very patient with me so I appreciated that. I've used iVisa before when I went to Vietnam. I'm just disappointed that the processing fee is overpriced this time.

Not all passports are created to be very clear as they are authenticated, for that reason, I had a very tough time trying to get my passports to you, but later when I scanned them, they were finally accepted. Your WhatsApp chat is no good either, sorry, just being honest, no one responded to my WhatsApp chat.

I just got back from traveling with my husband from Bermuda, a place that according to Ivisa.com, he needed a visa to enter as a Chilean citizen.
Turns out he never needed a visa yet this website said he did and so I went through with it.

I had a very bad experience with ivisa. All what they do is just send you documents that are totally available and free, and they don't actually send you the visa, they send you a fake document containing all your information that you gave them. Most embassies require you to be present by yourself to apply the visa. When you are disappointed from their service and you ask them for refund they keep telling you it's not possible to refund because they paid some fees at the embassy for the documents and when you insist at the end they don't refund you the full amount that you paid but a very little part of it, this is how they make money. The visa approval that they sent is not even an official document from the embassy.

The claims they make about being able to secure a prompt visa were false and extremely frustrating as they couldn't didn't even fill out my application promptly. They couldn't provide any answers via live chat and simply said they were awaiting the government. Claims made take advantage of people in desperate situations like me. I am trying to get to see my mother who is in desperate health status in the hospital in Australia. They recently added the visa requirement. Emergent travel needs and emotional distress makes places one in a desperate mindset where you will do or pay anything. To get get there and they took full advantage.

I received a visa for New Zealand with no problems.My visa for Australia is in limbo.It is absolutely impossible to take a photo as requested.There s complete lack of communication. I would not recommend IVisa.

Used IVisa to get visas from Egypt for a Nike river cruise. We had tried to use Egypt's eVisa website but it was confusing and unclear. IVisa's interface was easy to use and we received the visas very quickly. Would definitely recommend to others.

I ordered passport photo service for 12 photos and $26 dollars. However they only did very limited PS and then use a online photo print service to send order to local store. I cannot believe my eyes that I still need to pay the online photo print fee. And not to mention, the printed photo is at very low resolution.
So don't trust what they posted in website, $26 won't give u passport photos. $26 only give u several emails, a very limited PS, and a free submit online order. You can do it free on so many places and don't need to wait for their slow process.
For customers who want passport photos, since u already have digital photos, u can just submit online print order easily in Walgreen/Costco/Walmart/CVS/Amazon for just $1.2. You really don't need to pay for $26 but got nothing. Really don't need.

This is a huge scam! 10 days ago I applied for a Thailand visa and paid the amount of 94 euros for 6 days processing, and downloaded my invoice accordingly. Today, they tell me that the standard processing time is 21 days instead, and I DID NOT pay for 6 days, which is an absolute lie. I visited the website again to make sure I got it all correctly, and guess what - the website was all changed with different timings and prices. Also my invoice was changed, with new time processing of 21 days, instead of 6. UNBELIEVABLE! I asked for an explanation and sent over both of the invoices, but didn't get any sound answer.
EDIT: I have received full refund and an apology, so hopefully they will improve in future.

I tried to use them to travel to Australia from USA thinking they would process my visa faster and I was wrong. After one week of submitting all the documents they requested I decided to do the whole process directly through the Australian ETA app and got my visa right away. I am afraid that for the amount of information iVisa requested they can steal people's identity easily. I asked for a refund and they gave me some bogus excuse. Try to process your visas yourself or directly through a consulate but this company just wants to take your money away.
