When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.

I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.

While IVisa was quick and efficient to meet the anticipated date for Brazils requirement for a Visa, Brazil postponed the requirement until April. We are traveling in February and therefore we will not need the Visa we received

Under the excuse of auto renew they billed me a year that I have no use for. Then they said we returned your money, remove your review and they did not refund my credit card! Bad Bad Bad Company or LYING EMPLOYEES, All the same to me! They refunded my credit card.

I'm submitting an visa for travel next month and did it several months in advance. They have recieved so many documents from me, many of them several times that some are out of date, to which I've submitted again and again.

The iVisa service is 100% a scam. I run several businesses with a turnover of 50M+ and iVisa is 100% scaming people, making it feel like it's your documents or ability to complete their form that is the issue. Threatening legal action against them does nothing, you can't get them on the phone and their 'instant chat' is slower than email - to which their canned responses are obnoxious.

Do yourself a favour, save 10's of hours and do not use this service!

They're a scam. I paid them to print and send a passport photo and after they took my money, they e-mailed me to say they wouldn't unless I used more of their services. When I told them to cancel the transaction because they didn't do what they said they would, they refused to refund my full payment.

IVISA, they are good for nothing by all means. Online chat not working, you have no room to contact online support, live chat, landline, WhatsApp... nothing. The worst experience ever, struggled with them for three continuous days and hit nowhere, even though they charged heavily. They act like low-profile service providers. Moreover, no one answered your emails or complaints. They are super good on the checkout/payment page where they received your money. Then pray to god and wait for what you are hired them for. POOR, BAD, rediculous, money, time waste

Tip for consumers:
look for another service provider other than IVISA. they are good for nothing,, at least for OMAN EVisa. I'm not sure if they are good at something else

I would not trust them with visa information or requirements. According to their website i do need a visa for Uzbekistan and they want to charge $40 for evisa in 3 days ($110 for processing in a few hours) HOWEVER when i visit the official Uzbek evisa portal it says that no visa is required for my passport. After doing a bit more research i found out that the visa requirements for my country was stopped in 2019 which means they have not updated themselves/their website on the changes OR looking at the other reviews it might be the case they purposely have not updated the info on their website and they rather charge people for a service which is actually not needed. I should say OVERcharge because an evisa through the official site costs $20 and not $40 as per ivisa's website. Shameless.

This company pulled up when I typed Turkey visa and because I was flying the same day, it didn't give me any option but to super rush my visa and charged me 10x the amount. The government website issued the same visa in 15 minutes. They are scamming people into believing they need their 'super rush' services.

They said my parcel had shipped and would arrive 3-5 days time. So after 10 days waiting, I asked for the tracking #. When I entered this on USPS.com, it showed that a label was created AND THAT WAS IT! NO MOVEMENT... NOT SHIPPED! They had stupid excuses... it never arrived. *I have proof of purchase on my Amex account but they never sent an email confirmation showing the purchase! That tells a lot...

They indicated that they provide e-Visa to Singapore, when in reality they didn't. The application page itself was full of false information and I was led to paying 170USD for an arrival card (that the Singapore government doesn't even charge for). Definitely a scam.

Your video shows someone taking a photo of a passport to upload to the site. I did this for three days and had my application returned as insufficient. When I scanned my passport in the printer-scanner, I got a good facsimile and was approved. You need to redo your instructions.

Applied for ETA and was charged for an application that is now pending for 2 weeks and advised that the government channels of Australia was experiencing high traffic and continue to be advised that the government was taking some time. Do not recommend using this website or service and advise that applicants go through the official government website.

The main service is fast, you'll get the instructions and support. The iVisa team makes sure you have all the documents ready for consulate submittal.

Our case was complex, we got visa but too late for accomplish the trip with our plans. We cancelled the trip and got back to iVisa for refund.

It did take us some time but as soon as we got to the manager responsible for refunding, it took literally 2 days to solve the issue. So my recommendation is be persistent. IVisa does fulfill their liabilities.

My recommendations:
1) Check the time you have to get visa
2) If your time is short, make sure you buy "super rush"
3) If you have complex vise case try to get the manager assigned to you from the beginning
4) Always try to talk to real people because the elite service team works really good to talk to you, but you'll need to get to other departments to resolve your issue

They won't accept your application without a document they doesn't exist. So it's impossible to complete. No they are no refunds. They demand a "missing document upload" so will never process your request
