When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.

I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.

I paid iVisa for 24 hour turn around on an Australian visa. Three weeks later I had nothing to show for it but a bunch of reassuring emails generated from their computer. They never completed my paperwork and I never got a visa or a refund. Luckily I was able to get a visa on my own but the fact that iVisa was in the system for me made it quite difficult to do. AVOID this company like the PLAGUE.

Im Colombian and we need a visa to go to thailand, before covid we had an embassy en bogota so the time for the visa was two weeks tops. When it was time to file for the visa (3 weeks before our trip) we found out there was no embassy for visa processes in Colombia any more, we had to send the documents to Peru and it will take a month or more to receive a response. Ivisa really helped us during this process, my husband went to Lima and Ivisa helped a lot with appointments and information.

Don't trust them, I repeat "Don't trust them"
They are scammers, forget about the trust pilot review the bought those review, I swear.
The visa (Guinea visa) they couldn't provide me, I did it myself and got it within three days. They're thieves, they have stolen a lot of money from people around the world including mine.

It should not even exist when it comes to such important documents!
The official Governent website should be the only one issuing visas, not these
3rd world country scammers!
I vomit!

It has been almost a week and yet I have still have not had any contact from IV so in regards to giving my Visa approved. I am at the airport right now in fear of being rejected and canceling my trip because of this. I have contacted the 24/7 hotline no response I've emailed the chat support no response and I'm still waiting for my final approval so I can leave. If this does not change I do not recommend this website to anybody as it is very costly and and you always have to wait they said it shouldn't take this long they are surprised it is taking this long I might just go ahead and cancel anyway

We paid for the 4 day visa, after the 4th day the visa didn't come, we waited some days and started to worry a lot, they never knew what was going on and would blame the delay on the Indian government and some "local" holidays en India …. Turns out that they sent us an email requesting further information about the type of passport we registered for the application, it was a completely normal Austrian passport issued this very year. We never saw this email as we would not pay attention to it after receiving several emails where they would confirm everything was alright and that they sent our application to the government for the review. In the application there was only the "waiting on government" message to see, no other requests information pending, nor any other alarm… they tried to me helpful but would copy past the same message through their communication canals "we are doing our best". What happened at the end? We lost our flights to India… missed my friends wedding. Which won't happen twice… and we felt an enormous stress, until today we haven't received the visa… we are beyond heartbroken and disappointed with this situation, we will never ever put our trust on such an unreliable company again. Please be aware and get your visas through the addressed official government of each country, at least you will be in charge of the situation and won't depend on a third party.
