When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.
I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.

I applied for a Canadian visa on the 16th of May and after receiving the assurance that it would be granted on time for my upcoming trip, I booked my ticket to Canada along with friends on the 26th of September. Being a Namibian Citizen makes it especially difficult to get the Visa in my passport.
After numerous attempts and many WhatsApps, I have received ZERO assistance in trying to establish the current status of my application. If I had gone the route of my friends and applied for it myself, I would have received it by now. But after paying an additional R3000.00 to them for submitting forms and then washing their hands on the matter is absolutely disgusting!

Ivisa dislike my review, so are trying to buy my silence and offering all kinds of refunds for me to take this honest and fair appraisal down! Sorry but I will not. This company is nothing but a scam. There are also unable to do simple maths! They have offered me a 90% refund of the $172.79 fee is was charged, which they calculate at $47.35. Not only does this company fail to deliver what they advertise, they are clear stupid as well. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I used Ivisa to apply for a Tajikistan visa and paid $235 for their 48 hour service. After 4 days I had heard nothing, so emailed them and also used their chat facility. I received no reply to my email and the chat was useless. After 6 days and having received no updates, I applied for the visa direct with the Tajikistan government. I received the visa from the government in less than 48 hours. Two days later I received an email from Ivisa saying my application via them had been rejected. No doubt because another application had been processed. I would avoid this company like the plague, they are neither honest or transparent in their communications and they lie about their ability to get your visa quickly and they charge a fortune for their "service"!

I hired IVISA to get me into the Philippines for two months. First, after I purchased their services all their links did not work so I contacted them through email. They asked a few questions then sent me a positive email saying I am all set. Sent me a document saying I am associated with the Red Cross. Basically, the documents looked fake. As I changed plans in Korea the airport agent looked at the documents provided by IVISA and made a strange face. She said never saw this paper work before and barely let me pass. Next, at the Philippines customs they would not let me in because they did not recognize the fake documents. Finally, I went to the Philippines Bureau of Immigration within one hour for my VISA extension. Super easy. I emailed IVISA several times. They act like everything is fine refunded me $35 US. They only conclusion I make is they are trying to steal your information. Do not be scared to fill out your own documents and trust your gut. If something feels off it usually is!
P. a They will claim I needed to go to the Philippines Red Cross website and fill out additional paperwork which makes zero sense since they never told me anything like that before my trip and I am not associated with the Red Cross. All this for a simple visa extension.

Find a trustworthy worthy local to translate and fill out your own documents it is simple and easy. I was scared at first too but after the experience I discovered I have the power not some crappy website.

I have booked a visa to visit Turkey as a US citizen for 3 days from September 29th to October 2nd. A 30 day visa for US citizens is free but I was charged $39.99 for services. I paid and waited 4 hours for a confirmation email but did not receive it. I wrote an email with a request to urgently send me a visa confirmation and they sent me some kind of document. In Turkey, I was told that this document is not needed. Only a visa is needed for entering Turkey for US citiseh. I asked Ivisa to return the money that was taken from me for services, but I was refused. I do not recommend this company.

IVisa charged me to get the Tajikistan visa which I found out later there is no visa for Australian citizens, and they can get a visa on arrival.
They told me my visa request is rejected, and Now I don't know if I'll get the visa on arrival or because of their mess, I won't be able to enter.

Since initial my application, they have been repeatedly asking for information which I had already provided. No proper reply to email sent except for their generic emails. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. First, before paying, I waited for more than 5 hours for the ivisa team to reply on the live chat for an urgent matter. I went through ivisa because I needed to get my visa sorted quickly as I had an upcoming World Cup game that I was going to watch. I got the fast option as I was promised the application will take 3 days and obviously the visa never arrived so I had to cancel my trip which cost me a lot of money. I applied about 1 month before I was travelling. IVisa requested 1st a different photo, then my whole itinerary for the trip with addresses and reservation confirmation numbers. Since i was traveling on a tour, I didn't have a lot of this, but spent a lot of time obtaining the information. Once submitted, I the iVisa website messages said that the government was holding it up. I finally went to the country's web site and tried to apply myself, but since iVisa had submitted something, I couldn't apply. Also the country DID NOT request all the information iVisa requested. After repeated requests, I finally got the application # from iVisa, checked the country's website, and found out that they had returned the application to iVisa, who had not responded. I made the necessary corrections, but this was 1 day before leaving, so I did not have an accepted Visa application when I arrived in the country. I spent an additional hour at the airport trying to straighten this all out. This experience caused me considerable stress and took up a lot of my time. I would not recommend working with iVisa.
