I found the site well laid out and easy to use. Just be prepared with a photo and your documents ahead of time and everything is seamless.
The process was easy. However the uploading of passport was frustratng. I uploaded the same picture fine when I applied for Vietnam e-Visa 4 years ago. But the uploaing in iVisa would not go through. It finally took it after 20 uploads of different clear pictures.
While IVisa was quick and efficient to meet the anticipated date for Brazils requirement for a Visa, Brazil postponed the requirement until April. We are traveling in February and therefore we will not need the Visa we received
1- writing the names of applicants wrongly
2- telling us that, there is an issues with our passport without informing us what was the issue
3- the process takes so long
