When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.
I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.

This was my 8th Visa to India, but my girst time using Ivisa. Similuar documentation was rejected by Ivisa, but fully accepted by Evisa. Also the cost was over double and timeframe was long.

Suggestions: Before starting the application advise applicant the need to prepare their photo in addition to the electronic copies of the passport. That way the application can be completed at one time rather than going back when all documents are ready.

I've just got scammed by iVisa.com as well. Don't do the same mistake I did believing they will process the Australian eVisa faster. I paid the super rush service which is supposed to be ready in 6 hours and it's already the 3rd day with no outcome and no more replies from iVisa. I did apply on Monday on the Australian gov for visa but because my flight was supposed to be on the 1st June I started to panic and decided to go through iVisa service thinking they will make it happen faster. Now after I lost the flight and everything that comes with it, I asked them for a full refund but guess what, they stopped replying. STAY AWAY FROM IVISA.com! And by the way the reply is AI you will never talk to a person!
