When the Indian high commission's rubbish website stopped working and there was a need for an urgent visa, i-visa website was quick, prompt and reliable. They even sorted out my confusion over a chat. The Indian High commission's emergency contact line also does not work. It is a such a shame.
I was very pleasantly impressed- I had not intended to click on a third party provider but apply directly for my evisa for India. However compared to my wife's experience of applying directly, it was worth the fee. The website /portal for iVisa was much easier to navigate and to populate with my details. I subsequently got talking to an ex-colleague, a PA who used to arrange travel, visas etc for execs and she said she always used a (reliable) agency for visas. So based on my limited experience, I'd use again.
It's essential to have all your documentation ready prior to arrival. Have all have all documents required ready upload them and soon enough you'll have your Visa. Excellent service.

Process was pretty straightforward and Visa granted shortly afterwards.
Although I must say i was rather irritated by the follow up similar application forms that kept being sent for completion in spite of my visa already granted.

Having visited Australia many times to visit friends, I found my visa application to have been the easiest yet secure yet. The online forms were easy to complete and I was delighted that my visa was confirmed and back to me by email within three hours. I have waited for days in the past with other agencies. Well done.

The Brazilian consulate was very strict with photos which held up our approval,,,,I am a retired airline employee, so I don't get a confirmed seat, they kept requesting a reservation,even though we had a confirmed cruise leaving Brazil….we finally got it thanks to all the folks at ivisa….😎

I would put -5* if I could. Bunch of amateurs that can't submit my visa to the embassy for 2.5 months now. Every day those emails. They demanded the very same documents Times in a row, asking one question a day! I sent the request in January,it is end of March now, and the application is still not submitted! Get it together the "expert team"... Horrible experience

My first attempt at obtaining a visa for Az was via a website that I thought was the government one. It wasn't, it was expensive and ultimately failed to get me a visa in time.
IVisa came to my rescue and a visa was sent within 48 hours.
Now I only use ivisa because it works!
