Well made my husband loves it on me 🥰 so elegant and classy makes me feel young and beautiful, light material so comfortable, flattering for any size
Quick easy shop, however when I wasn't happy with the order the customer service team had no intention of allowing me to send the item back. The customer service team suggested I keep the item with a small percentage refunded, however I did not want the item as the quality of the fabric was terrible, it was made out of the cheapest nylon. After this shopping experience I would never shop here again nor would I recommend Ivrose online store to anyone I know. The customer service team were not helpful to sort out refunds. Once they have your cash there is no going back. I will be avoiding Ivrose and will not be getting sucked in to any more purchases from Ivrose.

It was very hard to get in touch with customer service and I had to go through PayPal to get someone to respond back to me.
The products definitely took longer to arrive than I anticipated. All of the items I bought are tailored in a weird way. Big in some places and tight in other places. Going to a smaller or larger size would not solve the problem. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing anything from his company again.
