The order was fine, the shoes fit a little loose but ok... the price definitely do not match the quality.

I've shopped here before and always get compliments on my previous order so I ordered more!

Received my item and no lace wig enclosed. Received a wig with no lace.
I emailed customer support and they told me to return it to a particular delivery address in London, also to send proof of return and photo's of the hair I received.
I've been waiting back for a response and no one has got back in touch with me.
I always shop with this website and never been let down but on this occasion they have been let me down.
On a whole this won't stop me shopping with them because their clothing is nice. I hope someone contacts very soon.

I was told that the clothes were fit to size, but they weren't. Two of my items were too small and i didn't get a return label in my package. Can you send me the address so i can return the items that were too small.

Arrived sooner than expected. Would be nice if say delivery price before getting to the end

Overall good experience and tops I ordered were good quality. Only issue I would have is I got an email to say one of the tops I ordered was out of stock and would be dispatched once back in stock. Have still not received the top as of yet. I was also waiting 22 days for delivery.

Shipping took longer than expected, nice shirt made smaller than used to.

Ordered these shoes on 2/28 and as of 3/24, still have not received them. Cannot track them as it says they are in China. Needed them for a wedding on 4/2 and doesn't look like I will get them. Can't cancel the order as there is no option to do so. Have no idea if the product is good or not because I haven't gotten them.

It was an easy process to buy it but the website just looks so sketchy that I didn't want to buy from it

I received my sweater in reasonable amount of time. It looks and fits exactly as showing love the product

They tried to make me return the product at first. Then gave me a partial refund... I didn't accept. At the end they refunded me except the delivery fee

A great swimsuit that lives up to expectations. I ordered size M for parameters 89-65-90cm. I liked the bottom of the swimsuit has a double fabric. The quality of the swimsuit is excellent, I recommend it.

Described as cotton blend disappointed as was more polyester than cotton not very warm as a sweater for our winter also tighter fitting than would have liked as it would have been nice to wear a sweater underneath
