I've ordered two items from the website, one has reached me while the other has not. I've contacted the support but they've said it's been dispatched and that is all the info I've received regardless the fact whether I checked the tracking it says it is at the warehouse in Guangzhou.

I still havent received the trainers I ordered months ago. Status says still awaiting packing.?

The quality of the mask is terrible, and the color is not what I requested. The seller is very uncooperative. I will not purchase from them again.

I cant fault IVROSE. All items arrived on time and were carefully packaged. The items were of a high standard and as described.

Price are very low. Had to returned merchandized and wasn't fully refunded. 2 Items were not credited for value of approx. $40.
Had to request at least 20 times to unsubscribe from 3 x daily advertising. After 3 months, it finally stopped.

Customer service was good and prompt but the quality of the goods is terrible I will never buy from here again I'm utterly disappointed for wasting my money!

I ordered a 2 dresses three weeks before my birthday, I paid for expedited shipping so that i could have it before my birthday, I still get to receive my full order and my birthday was 03/12... I contacted customer services to get my shipping refund back due to my items not being on time. They still wouldn't refund it back... They have nice quality products but the shipping Timing suck, so if you want something you have to order it 2 months of ahead of time. ‍

I measured myself body and it compared well with the size I chose however the product did not fit well at all

Still haven't received my items. Company offered $5 for the inconvenience. That doesn't even cover shipping. Totally disappointed. Never shopping here again!

The item arrived in about the time expected but the item was soooo small, even though I used the size chart) that it simply did not fit (my wife tried it on over a thin, tight shirt). The company would not allow it to be returned and offered a 20% credit on my card. So, I spent about $20 (after the 20% credit) and had to throw it away. We will not be purchasing again.

I haven't received my order as of yet, so I cannot comment good or bad. Looks like it's taking forever to arrive.

I have ordered 3 items. One I am really happy with. One I am okay with and the third has not arrived but I have not been given any notification if and when it will be arriving. I found the postage charges quite high.

Although I ordered the largest sizes in each of my three selections, they are all extremely tiny lingerie. They are not adult sizes. They are made to fit infants. The advertised photos are very deceiving. I would not order from IVROSE again.

The bathers have a knot in them which cant be fixed unless cut

After I purchased this item, I was waiting for it to be processed so I can at least know that they are working on it. Because of that, I have not received no updates nor a tracking number. I am still waiting for this item to arrive and it has been 1 month already.

Poor correspondence and poor quality shirt! Still awaiting the test of the order and will not order from them again
