Well made my husband loves it on me 🥰 so elegant and classy makes me feel young and beautiful, light material so comfortable, flattering for any size
Quick easy shop, however when I wasn't happy with the order the customer service team had no intention of allowing me to send the item back. The customer service team suggested I keep the item with a small percentage refunded, however I did not want the item as the quality of the fabric was terrible, it was made out of the cheapest nylon. After this shopping experience I would never shop here again nor would I recommend Ivrose online store to anyone I know. The customer service team were not helpful to sort out refunds. Once they have your cash there is no going back. I will be avoiding Ivrose and will not be getting sucked in to any more purchases from Ivrose.

I placed a double order on accident. Immediately asked that one be refunded. I contacted you twice. Got no response. Had to pay for the double order. And now I have two sets of three dresses..... I'm not happy at all!
