Still awaiting one item from order. Items I did receive were not what expected. Poor quality material and shapeless.

Look better than when I received the wig hair is not smooth like I thought

Ordered these tops quite easily and they arrived in good time, however out of the three that I have completed a survey on I only liked one, they are also not that large and really more suitable for a slimmer person.

Delay as stated on the customer page, feedback of customer service for one article separately delivered was fast and professional.

Ordered 3 track suits Poor quality of two items. Kept one. Finally got a refund but had to pay return postage

Earrings arrived broken and the lingerie was terrible cheap quality

Beware of shopping here, I ordered a loungewear set that claimed to be cotton blends... must have been. 001% cotton because not only was the material horrible and thin (think cheap Halloween costume), the style was not as pictured. The item I received looked nothing like the photo. Customer service would only refund me if I paid for the shipping back to China.

Most times the items fit perfect. I really love the clothes for the most part.

All these sites are a true scam. Their website says in stock when you are interested in buying, but once you order and pay, they wait a week and then send a message and claim it is in back order for 2 to 6 weeks. Which means 8 weeks in China. And of course its due to the Covid 19? Gimme a break. Covid has been a shelter excuse for all these companies that cannot deliver what they claim. They were garbage before the pandemic and still are garage. Just like IVROSE. Another garbage site.

For what i paid for delivery and the price over was a let down for what I received

Shipping takes long (about a month) but the products are good quality and for the most part what I was expecting. Sizes are accurate

My experience was good! The lingerie that I got were so nice and my boyfriend loved them all too! The price was abit high though if I'm honest but overall it was great and I will definitely be shopping on IVRose again! Thank you!

So disappointed in this dress. It was terrible and very very cheaply made.
I wouldn't of paid $10.00 for it.

Ordered grey spaghetti strap all in one!
When it came it looked cheap and waist is in on one side more than the other! Looks thrown together not well made.

All items ok, just one, looked nice but after a short while went so baggy it went in the bin.

I ordered two products off of your site and I paid for both of them, but I only received one of them in the mail.

The photos make them look really nice, but not what I expected so sending them back

I haven't received black lace body & the other items are too big.

Liked the product very much but fitting the tie string through the loops was very annoying and fiddly. Would have been much better if it was ready to ware straight away
