Their warehouse is in China and I asked them to ship to Hong Kong instead of UK. One of the CS people said Okay and could change for me but then the other one said no.
Hong Kong is not one of the affected areas in their delivery list.

Of the 3 pieces i ordered i'll be keeping 1 with a shein label. Ive asked to be taken off of the email list and i'm still receiving an annoying amount of emails. Pieces are expensive for the quality and i won't be ordering again
Tried to return items, contacted the company within the timescale wanting a refund, the company dragged it out offering discounts on product and then on future purchases until it had gone over the time period to return so they refused to refund

Couldn't wait to get this. Way too small, button on butt fabric comes half way up my back. Poorly made, disappointed.

I was Leary of ordering from a company overseas, but I have ordered twice and received both orders with no problem. It does take longer than normal, but you will get what you order.

Brought two of the same design, different print. Same size but both were very out of proportion.
Prices are great, items are cute and lots to choose from. The shipping took forever.
Overall nice outfits but material very cheap and not as shown on model.
