It was a pleasure dealing with Kevin. He was courteous, attentive and very capable. Addressed my issue immediately and did not keep me hanging on the line. I highly recommend your customer service. Elliot G
This is one of those unethical businesses that is around. I was charged $166 for 6-months membership without my consent. I tried to get the membership cancelled by writing to them a number of times, and called them few times. I have not received a single reply nor acknowledgement from the company. These kinds of businesses should not exist. I have never seen a business that starts with $0.99 and then switches you to 6 month membership costing $166. Somebody should put these people out of business. The CEO went to Columbia university, and has history of legal shenanigans. I cannot fathom how a reputed school can admit somebody like this. Accountability starts from the top. An organization is the reflection of its founders/management. Update: I got my refund, but still is NOT right.
If you are a highly qualified, super bright, motivated, disciplined, competitive, and well qualified individual, they MIGHT get you an interview at a company that is already out advertising in the marketplace. But why not just apply to companies directly and cut out the middleman and save yourself the "fee"? Your new employer will thank you for it - and you can take yourself out to dinner with the money you would have wasted paying an agency like this. And don't even THINK about using "IVY" if you are over 50. They won't help at all.

Following a promotion from my business school I signed up for their free account but was surprised as it had virtually no listings for European positions. So I basically ignored the service from then on. Unfortunately, I hadn't been informed of their auto-renewal policy and was shocked to discover that they were billing me for a service I didn't use. I contacted them as soon as I'd noticed their charges but they said they were unable to do anything. My only hope now is to see if their practices meet EU law.

I clicked on their button for a job at Calvin Klein to which I am qualified. They responded saying that I didn't have the credentials to "become a member." I wrote them back asking if they'd seen my LinkedIn profile. They responded that they deal mostly in financial industries. Okay, so where's the CK job. I posted on LinkedIn my disdain for the company. My ancestors founded most of the Ivy League. As if... They rejected me, and so now I've broadcast that rejection to my networks. They're becoming infamous by the second. If you encounter them RUN FROM THEM SCREAMING!
Tip for consumers:
Run from them screaming!

Great interaction with Ivy Exec - sharp folks, very client and delivery focused. We were hoping to source a bit more expert interviews overall, and there was a mix-up with the payment process with one of the Experts, which led to the Expert not providing part within the deadline of the agreed insights, but I hope the payment was sorted out in the end. Thanks to Hanna and the team for supporting us!

Ivy Exec has been a useful resource, with information about careers and opportunities. I recently participated in a survey with them, and I was impressed with the thoroughness of it. The questions were meaningful, and there was a follow-up call from an actual person! This definitely lends credibility to their output. When I had a question about the process, they were responsive and answered my questions.

Needed a refund/cancel charge, due to no longer needing service. Kevin was positive, polite and I had his email note acknowledging the cancellation - literally - before I was off the phone. OMG! That's service!

I've used Ivy Exec for some time, not as a paid member, but as a consumer of their webinars. Let me be blunt- I LOVE their webinars. I don't know how they convince so many experts to come on board, but they end up getting these high quality people to come on and speak for over an hour.
I've learned about how to improve my resume, perfect an elevator pitch- even how to navigate change in the workplace.

You know what I love the most about reading reviews on the internet? Dumb people. No, I mean it- the thrill of reading poorly thought out, logic defying comments please me to no end!
And so it goes with Ivy Exec. As someone who actually attended an Ivy League school, I loved this service. How many of us have had to deal with scam job posts, or blatantly low offers using traditional job services? When I saw the reviews for IE, I was horrified, then amused.
"They wouldn't approve my application"
"They charged my card."
Do people even read? This is a service for QUALIFIED people. Do you not read how things work? The thought of someone not knowing they would be charged for a service on the internet if they didn't cancel boggles the mind.
Anyway, If you know how to read, Ivy Exec is a great service.

Signing up for a free membership? Beware that your card auto charges after the short few days grace period--and you won't get a refund after 7 days. Just a scam to get a yearly fee charged automatically!! Go check out their reviews on yelp or the complaints on BBB-they all tell the same story. Their positive reviews are suspiciously too good when the BBB and yelp say otherwise.

I just wanted to leave feedback from my encounter with Kevin today. I called to cancel my free trial because I just recently accepted a new job offer. He was extremely courteous, professional and very helpful. He explained the process of canceling and also did this for me. I just want to give credit when due.
An exceptional experience!

I've been a member of Ivy Exec for close to a year now, and have found the site to be very valuable. Knowing that I am part of a exclusive professional network distinguishes me, and puts me in a group of other distinguished executives. If you are looking to generate strong professional relationships, I would encourage you to consider applying for entry into Ivy Exec.

Totally loved the Ivy Exec experience. From the start, throughout the entire process, the customer service was very helpful. They have great mentors who are there to guide you through out. I was very impressed with the quality of jobs they offer. The webinars are just as useful. It is definitely worth your time, makes your life easier when it comes to reviewing resumes and eventually leading you to the right career.

I was very pleased when Kevin Ko responded within an hour to the voicemail I left on the customer service line. He handled my request quickly and courteously, and provided a clear outline of my reimbursement.

I have nothing but fondness for Ivy Exec. They were incredibly helpful when I lost my job earlier this year. Initially I was hesitant about the cost, but it ended up being my best decision from that period.
They were attentive, professional, and got me a job the field I was looking for. I highly recommend!

The session was great! My mentor is a wonderful individual. He recommended that I read a book on the industry. He may also be able to put me in touch with one of his contacts. I am still in touch with him.
I am very happy with this experience and opportunity.

Well, I'm still searching for the career that I will love and I think I'm on good path. I've been checking out employment sites for a couple of years now and I must say that Ivy Exec has so much to offer. Not only the job openings but webinars (which I find most helpful and that you can watch any time) and the blog with so much info. Their blog posts are written by experts in fields and you can find all sorts of helpful stuff. I would recommend it to everyone in search of a job since it can help in figuring out the way you want your career to develop.

The best customer service anyone can expect was provided by IvyExec. They were diligent in their process, and explained carefully what steps were taken and the expectations. I was asked many questions and very valid. I felt I was able to contribute significantly which added to the overall positive experience.
Great work IvyExec.

Yelp.com has penalized IvyExec for their shady self promotion. Go on their Yelp page and see how Yelp has hidden 31 of their reviews which were all between 4-5 stars. IvyExec thought they were slick by posting positive reviews on their own but Yelp caught on and hid all of them.
It goes without saying that IvyExec is a scam. Not only do they steal job leads from independent recruiters (they copy job leads from Monster.com LinkedIn.com and Dice!), they also steal money from their users. I honestly cannot wait till someone takes these criminals to court.
Shame on IvyExec and shame on Elena Bajic for running a criminal enterprise. Sooner or later Americans will rise up and put these Eastern European scammers to end.
I encourage all users who have been scammed by these criminals to go on every review board and warn others.
Tip for consumers:
Do not give them any of your information! This is a major scam.

With so many other great sites out there where one can find really great job listings, this one stands at the bottom of the barrel. You can find most of these job listings on other sites. Also, the resume review is pretty poor - my 12 year old niece could provide better feedback. Don't waste your money and try out more reputable career/job services and sites.

I've been a free member for years and wanted to provide my feedback. I take advantage of their free webinars when they have them and have gotten enough value from that to keep subscribed to it. I checked out other job site reviews and think that this site isn't perfect but not many other job websites are. We're living in a tough job market and who knows when it will get better. My thinking is that if I can get a leg up by using them, I will.

I joined over 10 months now through a LinkedIn group for my university. At first I was skeptical if this is right for me but then I realized they have something called their Mentor Network. I got paired up with a version of me, just 10 years older. This executive works at a big company in a position I want to be in one day. Without Ivy Exec I probably wouldn't be able to reach this person. Now he is a mentor I speak to monthly.

I had a very large project and the Ivy Exec team and RJ went above and beyond my expectations recruiting hard-to-reach respondents for my Market Research study. I needed 15 high-caliber business professionals in the insurance industry and they were the only vendors who were able to assist me. RJ went above and beyond making sure I had no concerns when the deadline was approaching and sure enough, they delivered. His Project Management team (I believe her name was Aleksandra) sent me daily reports of qualified respondents and always made sure all my needs were met. The project was a huge success and we have worked on several projects together since. I highly recommend RJ and his team for all of your recruitment needs. Especially hard to reach, c-suite executives.

I signed up and was never able to sign on, even with the email help they provide. I finally spoke to a customer service representative who claimed she cancelled my account. A month later I was reviewing my credit card statement and there was a 6-month charge on my card. What a scam company. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

Very bad experience! And there's no way to contact them afterwards! I too was offered a "free" premium experience with the service. They attempted to bill me for 6 mo. Service after that at $166. Sheesh! No contact from this company before or after this attempt. I DID e-mail them and they seem to be shrugging and saying "What are you talking about?" Amazing. AVOID! AVOID!

I didn't apply for the jobs on there but I went to a few of their online workshops and used the information from there to refine my approach. After 6 months of working through my network I eventually found a job. So in a way the site worked for me, but not as intended.
